& you know why PT - because it is a straight forward case of the bloke being slandered.

You cant go around telling the whole country a bloke is a rapist when he has never been legally proven to be one

Is Brittany still appearing as a witness in the Wilkinson/CHANNEL TEN case?

And TEN are right.

Lisa can afford her own fees, she is sitting at home on a million a year of TENs money.

Who knows re Brittney. Is she still best mates with Lisa ?

If she does it sort of makes Shanes reasoning look a touch misguided though.

Cant have it both ways

It really is a comedy of errors.

Is Brucey allowed to pick grapes for a few bucks while his legal team is applying for delay after delay to stall things? Every delay costs a packet in legal fees. Lawyers dont stop the clock while you are farrt arseing about.

I think you are in for a big surprise Wink

There were jurors voting to lock him up, when the rules were beyond reasonable doubt.

He can’t pass the pub test, and he can’t clear the on the balance of probabilities bar.

Mummy has done her super cold.

You could be correct - I don't know - & you don't either. I didn't hear any juror say he was guilty - all I heard was the ACT Prosecutor claiming a 11 to 1 outcome that was shown to be absolute speculation in the ACT Inquiry. The same bloke took the decision to not run a re-trial. That should tell you something. Did he discuss that with Brittney ?

And regardless of the new trial outcome - the attack on Brucey without any legal finding should be called for what it was - poor judgement

Someone must have thought he was guilty. People dont stay locked up for days because they like the Iced Vo-Vos for morning tea.

yeah we do know.
If no one was voting guilty, they would have returned a verdict.
Again, that’s on a beyond reasonable doubt.
In a trial where Brucey could hide up the back and say nothing.

Next time, with a much lower bar, in a trial where he will have to give evidence, he’s going crash and burn.
He’s already admitted giving contradictory versions…..

Why would you say you got a medical check after the alleged incident when you didn't ?

How do you trust someone who says he lied to the security guard because he wanted to get into the building, then he changed his story and admitted lying to Reynolds/Fiona because he didn't want to lose his job then claimed he didn't lie to the police because he didn't want a perjury charge?

What about Qatar Airways and Catherine King? Your mob seems to have quietly dropped that one after it was revealed Qatar(owner of Qatar Airways) is a backer and host of Hamas. Your mob know how to pick winners.

She’s not on trial dummy.

Brucey wants a big wad of cash, but, on any reading he has been more than duplicitous in his retelling of the events.
That’s a big no no, when you want bigs wads of cash for allegedly being defamed…..

Poor old Poorleen. With Herr Spud  lurching the Lieberal Party to the extreme nutbag right, Poorleen is now totally irrelevant.

No, there is big money in conning gullible idiots with your flying fairy stories. Just ask Scotty about his Hillsong mates.

Izzy's problem if I recall was keeping his old man and his hangers on's hands off it.

Network 10 told star Lisa Wilkinson that it was “unnecessary” and “not in her best interests” to hire her own lawyers in the upcoming Bruce Lehrmann defamation case, court documents have revealed.

Ms Wilkinson has launched Supreme Court court proceedings against her employers in a fight over her legal bills related to her defence of the lawsuit, in which both she and the broadcaster are named as respondents.

The two sides are in disagreement over whether the $700,000 bill should be settled immediately or at the end of the defamation proceedings.

Mr Lehrmann is suing Ms Wilkinson and Network 10 in the Federal Court over her 2021 interview with Brittany Higgins, which aired on The Project, with the blockbuster trial due to begin in the Federal Court on Wednesday.

Separately, Ms Wilkinson is also locked in a legal battle with Network 10 in the NSW Supreme Court after she elected to hire her own legal representation.

Not sure it will end up "Quite Simple" PT. Has lots of support from both the general community  & also within the playing / coaching groups.
Also my understanding is the contract was not changed & strengthened as you suggest. He did get a formal warning
Not quite so simple after all hey PT

The little Irish twat from Qantas is her only hope. He has taken a pragmatic approach in his dealings with Emirates - so it should not be too hard to repeat with RA. Castle also made a big mistake suggesting publicly he would most likely be terminated before sitting down with him. Also no change to the contract last year was done on "purpose" apparently. So i agree with Rusty - this lack of process is also now an issue
Gee on reflection - not far from the mark.

Highly recommended !

Make yourself comfortable - sit in a comfy chair with a hot chocolate & a few jam donuts - & then start on page 1 . Take your time as it is unlikely you will be able to absorb all 306 pages in one sitting anyway. I mean blokes  like Afros wouldn’t achieve the task in a lifetime.

All so bloody obvious wasn’t it 😂

Enjoy
