Serbia , when made aware of some problems with his breaking their Laws , has him in their sights when he returns.
Australia ( The BIG MOUTH ) could have avoided this HIT on the world stage and left it for Serbia to tie up any loose ends.

   We didn't need this on the World Stage.

I saw the Morrison Serbian PM interview on TV 2 days ago ... She made it clear that he had broken their laws if the Pictures and dates were correct and she made very clear he would be investigated .

   We don't take anything as gospel any more . WHO knows.

Ask those two little Australian born kids from Biloela and now in home detention in Perth via Christmas Island about Minister Hawke's discretionary power. Their advocates went to the High Court to find out how absolute it is.

As this is a full federal court bench skipping the usual single judge stage the only place to go after today is the High Court.
