This may have been discussed in times past but do any forumites have access to comparative yearling sales outcomes between states & sale type
That is    runner %age per catalogue
              Wnr: Rnr %age
               SW %age
                Gr 1 %age
I imagine the auction houses would know these results but would not divulge them

I actually remember the late Jim Cerchi of Dandy Andy fame discussing these actual figures for Melbourne & NZ back in the early 80's. Back then the figures weren't pretty. ( A high %age of non-runners & non-winners if I remember correctly

One only needs to peruse 'our' yearling comp. charts to back up Jim's observations, they're not pretty either.

50 forumites have looked at this request in a very short time. Surely someone has access to these statistics & is prepared to post them on here
It would be good not just to see stats for Ing Easter, MM, Melb Prem

but also Classic, Adelaide, Tas ,Melb Gold & Perth

I could probably get some recent(ish) info, 2018, 2019 but that's about it (2020 too soon to tell)
