 Puzzling. They said there were only two shooters, but one was shot dead and the other badly wounded.

 Then they showed the shooter on the bridge being taken down after he surrendered.

Officially been labelled a terrorist attack.

How incredibly sad - and that man that tackled the gunman and removed his gun is an absolute hero & deserves the highest possible honour awards.

 I think the bridge shooter shot him in the arm when he put his hands in the air.
