FF luckily I'm not asking for Admins to be eradicated. Given AI, technology, WFH Admin demand is lowering and we can outsource that to other countries without a strain on our countries resources and without making people pack up and leave loved ones behind.

I’ve just worked out the best job for those girls you champion who could move from salons to healthcare.

There is a whole industry (as Mrs Freefall can attest) where funeral parlours need people (nail filers) to make the deceased look his or her best for a viewing.

BUT wife was a carer when we met. EE probably thinks she too dumb to go on to her RNs, done a Masters & now consulting. All by age 30! How many other girls out there not sure what they want to who have the capability who could go into nursing IF the wages weren't so ordinary.
