OK I do the winners comp. Simple rules 3 for 1st, 2 for 2nd and 1 for third. Two others Dizzy and Afros do the other comps. Roughie is finding one at a longer price although lots of us pick one and have it for all the comps. I think you have to finish in the top four and you get the price times the prizemoney. The SP is hard to me to explain as I've never really mastered is. But it is also looking for a longer priced galloper. Don't ask me how they score it. I've never worked it out! It is any finish within the prizemoney times the price I think.

Winner is what you believe can win.
Roughie is your best at odds SP is sometimes the same as your winner but mostly the one you believe is most likely to challenge your winning selection. Just imo.

Basically you pick one horse for each of the three comps (can be same horse if you like). You get paid for 1st to 4th in Roughies (another Oz-ism for you  ) The longer the odds, the better. I don’t know how the SP works either, it’s Afros’s mystery
 something like what furious says. I just pick a horse that’s between a Winner and a Roughie  |
