Thanks again to the above.  Yes I know how hard grieving is.  I still get caught up sometimes with memories or something that sets me off again after my husband died.  It will be four years this year but sometimes it feels like yesterday.

Well I think it’s pretty obvious that he comes under the “pre-existing terminal illnesses where death is likely” clause. Since the start of 2023 he has been admitted to hospice care which is essentially saying he is about to die. Can’t control exactly how long he hangs on but choosing him is essentially the same as choosing someone in palliative care.

Lol good example, VSP. I have to admit I've googled a few names too and wondered why the hell anyone apart from their family/ friends should give a hoot. And then there are others whose lives deserve more than what the TBV crew acknowledge. It's certainly an "educational" thread in more ways than one. I'll give it that.
