Mika Forss shot to the lead in the World Drivers Championship on Tuesday when he won three straight races, igniting hopes that Finland could win their first world title in 27 events.

Canadian driver James MacDonald notched a winning double and two placings to take the lead in the World Drivers Championship at Georgian Downs, Ontario, (Wednesday), in the third leg of the five-leg harness racing series.

DD had 2 2nds, no luck for Shane Graham today

Mika Forss (Finland) drove a winner and a 3rd to keep him in reach of the leader.

Marcus Miller (United States) kept in touch with another winner

But it was Captain (Canada) with a winner, 2nd, and a 3rd who stole the show and kept the lead.
