Another Trump Cabinet secretary, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke bites the dust. He is resigning to spend more time with his criminal defense team. LOL

Hey Shammy, have you heard anything on the identity of the secret jury court activity person yet?

Twitter has it narrowed down to about 20 people Amazing that this administration is seen as so corrupt and it is so widespread that any of 20 people wouldn't surprise.

My money is on Pence.

Actually, the hearing involved what appears to be a DC appellate panel of three judges. Whatever is going on is apparently an appeals case. Meaning, most likely, a ruling has been made at the federal district court level and subsequently appealed. Might involve revelations about evidence and it's use. Must have national security relevance or confidential informant content. Remember grand jury proceedings are all secret other than its final determination, so this is beyond that.

Probably has something to with Nancy Pelosi suffering from hot flashes or Chuck Schumer was seen masturbating at his desk in the Senate chamber.

Yes as I said before it started in August and has been up and down and now appears headed to the Supreme Court. Interesting a judge on the panel, a Trump appointee did as he had promised in hearings and recused himself, so it is pretty high up it is speculated.

With a lot of Flynn news about and Rudy and other surrogates spreading blatant lies about FBI related stuff and op-eds like your fried Johnathon Turley today(some merit but skewed) I am thinking it may be about Pence resisting testifying in regards to the Flynn ''lies'' to him. Nothing at all has come? Ms Ahmed being in court yesterday I think is a clue to the nature of this and Pence sits right in the middle of all of this stuff.

By the way, interesting Comey testimony coming up this week in closed session. The right have lumps in their shorts over what he said to Nicole Wallace this week re Flynn interview.

I think Mr Mueller may actually be investigating the sacking of Sally Yates as the primary obstruction of justice matter relating to firings and Trump I think Comey is secondary.

That is the Trump/Rudy/Fox line. Comey said under oath this week that he has never had dinner at Mueller's house and doesn't know his kids names.

We will see what Mueller's ratings look like when/if he issues his report. Not hard to control the approval rating when you are the only one using a megaphone. He lets his work respond.

Have you read the Comey testimony from last week yet? Plenty of stuff in it you would be interested in.

I found interesting the exchanges between Gowdy and Comey with Meadows interjecting. Gowdy kept trying to get Comey to equate ''collusion'' to ''conspiracy'' A word count shows it appeared 16 times. Comey kept saying that he had no idea what collusion meant as a legal term as he had never heard it used. Conspiracy and aiding and abetting yes, but collusion no.

Is this an insight of the Trump/Republican strategy for excusing Trump's criminality Shammy? A semantic debate over a word that doesn't exist in criminal statutes?

Comey was up for it and kept batting them both away.

Do you really think Donnie sent Keith around to rough up the doctor's staff and forcibly take Donald's 38 years health records over hair restorer maxie?

President Donald Trump’s former longtime doctor says he felt “raped, frightened and sad” after a top White House aide conducted a “raid” on his New York City medical offices and took the president’s health records last year, according to a new report.

Dr. Harold Bornstein told NBC News that the “raid” by Trump’s longtime personal bodyguard Keith Schiller and another “large man” came on Feb. 3, 2017, and that they were joined by the Trump Organization’s chief legal officer, Alan Garten.

That was just two days after Bornstein, who had been Trump’s doctor since 1980, told The New York Times that he had prescribed the president the hair-growth medicine Propecia for years.

Quote Criminality.

Image result for eye roll gif emoji

What crimes has Trump been indicted or convicted in any court of law? You have had over 700 pages to specify them but by my last count your success has been zero. Yep, Zero! All you have been able to do is regurgitate mostly biased and unsubstantiated mass media allegations. Are you worried that no one else in OZ can read and think? Manafort was going to bring Trump down in the beginning. Then Papadopolous, Flynn, Stormy, now Cohen and Pecker your best bet. Jarrad and Donald, Jr were next to be jailed. You are still zero. And best yet, now VP Pence is on your radar. You are still at zero. I am bemused that you have gone to all this effort to still find yourself in the same place you began. Yep. That would be at zero. Surely you remember Shammy, he is currently an unidicted criminal through the SDNY guilty Cohen plea, and currently under 5 criminal investigations. On top of that many old cases are being reopened into him, his family and corrupt decisions that went his and his family's way.

Avenatti back to doing what he does best, going after crooks, instead of deluding himself over Presidency aspirations.

I dont think Donald would be pleased to hear this news.

Avenatti has got his lawyer Cohen banged up for 3 years and the SDNY and NY AG all over him and his family like a cheap suit, and now Avenatti is going after him, Manafort and his kids.

Do you reckon Don Jr is hiding out from an indictment in Canada? Was that legal for him to travel with Whitaker by private plane. Makes Clinton/Lynch tarmac meeting look pretty tame eh?

Interesting discussions over Christmas dinner.

    Terrific effort of multi tasking.

We have to realise that Trump is a once in a lifetime President.

His choice of the Ladies and the belts he as on his "Gun" , leave Kennedy & Clinton in his wake.
I can understand his sleep deprivation . as he is attacking on all fronts.

JEFFERSON CITY • A Republican operative who served as campaign adviser to former Gov. Eric Greitens says he spoke to Missouri Ethics Commission investigators last month regarding lingering campaign finance mysteries dating to the 2016 election.

The meeting, Michael Hafner told the Post-Dispatch, was in regard to a complaint filed with the commission in July alleging that former Greitens adviser and outgoing White House official Nick Ayers may have solicited campaign contributions from a “restricted” donor and may have illegally worked to conceal donors’ identities.

A sharp-elbowed GOP strategist, Ayers announced Sunday he would be leaving the White House instead of serving as President Donald Trump’s chief of staff. He is currently Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff. Ayers will reportedly lead a Trump-allied Super PAC in advance of the 2020 election.

Ayers is one of the central figures mentioned in the complaint — a
