And Cardinal Pell's case is secret because . . .? And Mueller's memo means what to the judge at this moment? The judge wants all of the FBI/Mueller evidence. Don't start any your orgasmic screaming until the judge rules.

Manafort's first trial in VA was public when he had a subsequent trial scheduled in DC. He probably would have preferred a change of venue to OZ. There are exceptions, but justice prevails in the states because it is public.
