Some wonderful work being done there ..... Clap  although not used to change much some things have got to be done (and l do catch on) ....

Still .... noticed with a tinge of sadness yesterday that the  Buildings accross from the Bookies ring are being demolished ... something about where the past Melbourne Cup winners colours are up on that wall with them missing hit a nerve. 

Was more than a bit tired and sleepy so that compounds  ( what can you do some days LOL hope for next week Wink) but probably saw it better so that was a plus - the Bookies know all about the minus Ouch

Anyway not sure whats to be kept if anything we'll just have to wait and see .... wiser heads prevail and prevail well they do Big smile

I'll enquire during the week when I'm out there about the Melbourne Cup colours, they hat share always a highlight, or interesting viewpoint. But the new flemington betting is not the greatest.. unfortunately. They are building a walk way from the train station down to the betting ring, which is why the old tote building is going, so that should be a plus.
