Very surprised this horse doesn't have his own thread. Consistent sprinter who I think best years are still ahead of him. Was brilliant last prep with 6 starts- 3 wins- 1 placing whilst winning the Winterbottom then only beaten 1.9L in Hong Kong.

WFA against this field suits and think the $3.40 was a very decent price, have injury troubled Tumblr as the only danger and you could probably back both for a profit.

Think Gary Moore will have a good prep with this bloke up in QLD.

Capable of beating anything on a good track, but absolutely needs it dry or close to.

The Brisbane weather may be the only thing stopping Takedown sweeping all in front of him again this prep.

Why isn't Music Magnate a danger? Tumbler may not even run yet (decision to be made on the day) and at WFA good luck against Takedown & MM.

He needs a firm surface to show his best.  That appears unlikely for Saturday.  Very risky bet.

Think the 10,000is the goal. Hope it is dry as managed to get $17. Think the bookie forgot it is now 1200m.

I got $36 with odds boost. Rob is quetly confident of a big performance. Not that he's the best sprinter in the field. More that he will handle the conditions well and they others might not.

Runs first up for Darren Weir in the Christmas Hcp at Morphetville on Saturday.

Was a gun sprinter a couple of seasons back, winning the Shorts, Premiere and Winterbottom in the one campaign, and running very well in Hong Kong at the International meeting. Since returning from Hong Kong his form reads 15:0-0-0. Miss Andretti and Chautauqua 2 others I can think of who went to Hong Kong at the peak of their powers and generally failed to recapture their best on their return.

Will be interesting to see how he goes on Saturday, at his best he'd be a certainty and his Terang jumpout was supposedly encouraging. But you'd have to be brave.
