No it doesn't need it's own thread Monty.

You can post this and your all your other "needle stuck in the groove" offerings in a couple rather more relevant threads. Wink

Since this trainer was caught tubing he has had 2 winners, one back in July at Sale and then a winner at Bairnsdale in October. The stable is on viously flying.
So this season he has had 49 starters for 1 winner and a win strike rate of 2%!
Speaks volumes.

All he has to do is plead “personal circumstances” like Henry “ Funnels” Dwyer did to the SA Stewards. Terry Bailey was right when he that the only way to stamp out cheating is to increase the penalties.

Going through the trainers premiership in Victoria, I am quite curious how a lot of people stay afloat! The Kavanaghs must have some savings, or they’d be eating paint. In fact a lot of trainers with 1-2 wins to their name this season despite having trained group winners just a few years back.

This is a disgrace, he should’ve been sent home with a 2 year holiday.

No wonder Weiry has about 20 different trainers pre training for him.
They can’t buy a winner.

Hmm isn’t this being kept quiet - hearing was on Monday - what’s the verdict? What are the racing media doing?

Not sure what’s going either. Patrick Bartley is the about the only Journo who is prepared to call it as it is; and he hasn’t written anything. Other media types skirt around the edge of the issues so don’t be surprised if this is also the case.

Horse shouldn’t even keep the race as its rider breached the whip rule and got suspended for 22 meetings.

Backed the 2nd horse at 9’s. All you get is a dirty cheating grub on appeal nabbing you in a rather deceptive photo with a bloke overwhipping.
