Very promising 3YO gelding from the Freedman stable

He has a devastating finish on him. Quite brilliant really.

IMO this horse is going places.

Probably unbackable today in the last at Geelong but have a squiz lads, good horse to follow.

Is it just me, or does every horse that shows a glimpse of ability gets its own thread now? Few guys on here trying to find the next champion, someone will eventually, having lots of shots at the stumps!

If he was beaten I'm sure B.Melham wouldn't have been a part of the ride going forward Shocked

Good win nevertheless, 2/2 now. Better things ahead

Has drifted to $18 for the guineas.

Not sure why he won at Geelong like a true pro 3 wide all the way.

I noticed Snoopy improved vastly or peaked if you like at his third run from a spell. Looked a different horse to me in the listed at Flemington from his Ballarat run.

If this bloke follows that pattern I think he is in the top 5 with a winning chance.

Don't like the race. So many nicer bets on Saturday. Santa Ana Lane looks very talented but could just as easily suck us into the graveyard like many hot pots who make a quantum leap in class and fail. He has skipped many grades to be here, albeit he hasn't found the hardest stakes race in the world here.

What are people's thoughts on which races he may line up in going forward.

Are there any suitable G1's for him this prep, surely he deserves a crack at a
group 1 after winning a G3 first up over a shorter trip given he should improve over
more ground?
