I do this one regularly- matter of fact- it is in the oven right now.

My tip- Use 3/4 cup Tomato Sauce and 1/4 BBQ Sauce for a great flavor.

Quick, easy, delicious, and perfect when the kids come over.

One of Jamie Olivers 30 minute jobs, and one of my favourites.

Salmon and prawn bake ...use cherry tomatoes

In reference to every post in the Trump thread ... "There may have been a tiny bit of license taken there" ... Ok, Thanks for the "heads up" PT!

Lamb cutlets

Season well with S&P
Put on an oven rack
180c for 20 min turn after 10 min

Thank me later

Put a bunch of chopped up veges (carrot, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, garlic, onions etc) in fro 20 min prior then put the lamb in on top for an even better result.
