Sangita in the Tea Rose went to the line under a hold last start after having a chequered run in the straight, field a little stronger today but offset by good e/w odds, have had a little nibble.

Could be that the horse was laying in a shade, and doubt he would have won anyway, but McDonald looked more intent on locking Santos away than giving his own horse every possible. Wouldn’t be entirely happy if I backed either.

Congrats Passing Through getting Star Missile home a winner at Echuca. Clap

On face value, Officialdom gone totally mad.

I also remember Neil Osborne criticized Randwick? one day and copped a totally over the top penalty, whilst Ken Callaughan was similarly fined after expressing an opinion borne of 40 years experience as a trainer.

Fair comment simply isn't appreciated by the Powers That Be.  Dead

The number of lame horses after the races seems to indicate the track was to hard .   Maybe the stewards got it wrong ,maybe more trainers and jockeys should speak up about the tracks .
