On face value, Officialdom gone totally mad.
I also remember Neil Osborne criticized Randwick? one day and copped a totally over the top penalty, whilst Ken Callaughan was similarly fined after expressing an opinion borne of 40 years experience as a trainer. Fair comment simply isn't appreciated by the Powers That Be.
