Hello, I find it quite remarkable "Flintshire" is bred 4x4 Ile de Bourbon, via son and a daughter. As he was more or less a disapointment, in Germany Ile de Bourbon is the sire of Lagunas, from the "Love In" Family, he won the German Derby. He had some Stakes winners, but turned out a good broodmare Sire, btw Lagunas is the damsire of "Novellist". regards, Ticino

Being tested over 2400m today at Sandown in Race 7. If he’s going to amount to being a Derby contender (either SA or QTC), he’ll want to be running well here against very mediocre opposition. I didn’t see his latest unplaced run. We’re there excuses? |

Looked unlucky today. Blocked for a run but got to the line ok after switching paths behind a wall of horses. All in all a decent first campaign. Hopefully to the paddock now, let him mature a bit more and I’m sure there’s some metropolitan staying races for him as a 4yo. |

I had no idea this guy had headed west to Perth. Low & behold he won won over 2200m at Ascot a few weeks ago at 15/1 !! Goes around tmrw in the 2400m race at Ascot. |
