Benzini has an international rating of 110, why is it that high?

Australian racing is only good up to 1400m in terms of world standards when it comes to depth/quality in numbers

No need to get upset.

Benzini was a late addition to the field.

Celebrate the story, and the little guy.

Owner/trainer living the dream.  Nice work.  Pretty sure I backed him when he won the Brisbane Cup.  It was a tough honest win.

Conceived in Australia, born and raced in NZ, now (as has already been said) allowing the owner/trainer to live the dream.  Thumbs Up

Our's if he wins! ... over rated Kiwi if not.

In reference to every post in the Trump thread ... "There may have been a tiny bit of license taken there" ... Ok, Thanks for the "heads up" PT!

Interesting if horses like Hartnell, Winx and Jameka would of performed if they ran in the Vase

So how far was Benzini behind the winner?

What prizemoney for his 6th placing?

Anyone able to post the video?

So many questions...

I don't know why everyone thought he would run terrible, ran a little better than I had him rated (8th-9th) but the trip was never going to be an issue for him like it was for others, would have been keener to lay Big Orange the place then Benzini if I had to.

The 9.8 margin from racenet is wrong - 8.5 per the HKJC

Rosie Myers very happy with Benzini's run & without 7 laying in on him in straight felt he could've run 3rd. She quipped, "maybe next year"

Why didn't she protest then? The 7 ran 3rd.
