A big X for being so nice to me around my birth date. It's a tough road coping with advancing years and all the push ups in the world doesn't help. They say to walk every day , I struggle to get to the letter box.

Yeah, I get ya. Between the feet that are crippled, and the hips that are RS,, and a back that isnt good. Doc says walk. Yeah right I said to him. You get out and walk with all my hurts and injuries . He is young . However !! He has had a couple of falls off his horse recently. Karma will come back and bite him on the bum. I have no doubt. Injuries when young always come back as you age. And it aint good. ------------- animals before people. |

True .. It all comes back to hurt . I had two brutal wives , and tough as wild horses . But now I pay the injury price . Both hands have arthritic knuckles like you wouldn't believe.
