Yep, it is what it is, no matter how the liars want to spin it!Wink

Pauline Hanson's One Nation is feeling the love of the peopleHeart, having increased their vote from 0% to 8% across the state in the WA election, and eclipsing the Nationals and the Greens as the preferred party after the two established majors !Thumbs Up

An amazing outcome for a party that had put together a perty and a campaign in all of about 5 minutes in comparison to the irrelevant Greens micro party, who's out of touch radical ideologies voters are clearly being seen for what they are.Clap

... and the leftards hate it so much, they have to lie, and lie and lie some more!Dead

Bring on Queensland!!!Big smile

Well the alternative is to accept a humourless existence, of covert boob binding and penis tucking, and facing Mecca five times a day and praying that Allah doesn't notice ... oh, and being "OUTRAGED" about everything that moves (and if it doesn't move, prod it with a stuck!).Thumbs Down

Is it true that One Nation actually outgunned the Greens in WA? Shocked
Wow, not bad for a fledgling party. Well fledgling compared to the Greens.

With One Nation likely to swap preference with the LNP in Qld where it continues to gain momentum, it will probably be goodbye to the Palaszczuk/Trad/Jones government and another rehash of Queensland Racing and Grace Grace's reshuffling.

I started with nothing and still have most of it left

Didn't Pauline say the other day that she has got the message load and clear from her WA experience, and that she wont be doing any preference deals in future? She asked Ashby to ''please explain'' why he talked her into it.

On current counts they are 50,000 behind the Greens in the lower house and 2000 in front of the Greens in the upper house, according to Dr Rightard this is a victory for PHONy.

Current votes totals behind the majors.

Lower House (86.69% counted)
Greens 117,617
Nationals 71,174
One Nation 65,132

Upper House (80.35% counted)
One Nation 100,975
Greens 98,227
Nationals 55,507

On those numbers I think it's fair to say the Greens are still the third force. ABC are predicting 3 upper house seats for the Greens and 2 for PHON. The Nationals are predicted to get 4 incidentally, a result of their vote being concentrated in certain areas.

Factoring in the Greens much higher lower house vote I think it is fair to say they're still #3. PHON have still done ok and have the potential to set themselves up as the alternative on the right that the Greens are on the left although that'll depend on if they can maintain a consistent vote level over a number of elections as the Greens have and not be the flash in the pan when certain issues arrise as they have in the past.

If you want to analyse each seat, go right ahead!

The Greens contested EVERY seat, One Nation contested half of them ... the LA results tell us nothing - they are NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE STATE WIDE VOTE ... but you're not stupid, you know that!Wink

HOW ABOUT YOU JUST ACCEPT THE TRUTH???Confused ... you will be a better person for the exercise ... it could even prove to be habit forming ... works for me!Big smile

Afros, your first mistake is listening to PT's attempts to spin his now standard deception and BS - he would like you to ignore the fact that The Greens contested ALL 59 SEATS (won zero), whilst One Nation only contested half of them - so even on that basis, One nation did proportionally better than The Greens in the lower house.

However, the Upper House is what matters, being a State Wide Count, and is the only way to measure the true popularity of all parties contesting the election.

Yes, PHON had an absolute shocker in the week leading up, their result was poor compared with their national polling in recent times, and yet, and the scary thing for the socialists, they STILL created all kinds of records ... and quite simply, ARE PROVEN to be more popular in WA than The Greens, and ONLY behind the two major parties ... just watch Queensland!

Sadly, PT is just spinning BS ... Like so many Left Wing sooks, he lost it and never recovered when Trump won, now refuses to accept the umpire's decisions, and tends to argue even when the facts are irrefutable ... somehow, they all think democracy is a bad thing, and lies and deception are Ok now.Dead

I hope that makes it clearer for you.

Latest Newspoll has confirmed just how irrelevant the WA election was.

Primary support;

Liberals 37%
ALP 35%
One Nation solid at 10%
Greens 9% and falling like a stone.

... and speaking of anchors, Bill Shorten's approval rating continues to go south.

Interesting that this NATIONAL poll is of no interest to the Hanson Haters ...Ermm

Here we go again: The LNP are clearly in trouble and as usual, go straight to the gutter. I expect if the electoral commission finds nothing Truffles will call a Royal Commission on them

http://www.theaustralian.com.au/national-affairs/one-nation-finances-investigated-amid-internal-row/news-story/029181ccd28c980866e150f479f7fe9a?utm_content=SocialFlow&utm_campaign=EditorialSF&utm_source=TheAustralian&utm_medium=Twitter

The Australian Electoral Commission has launched an audit of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, amid revelations of an internal brawl over sensitive documents.

One Nation confirmed to The Australian that an audit was under way and categorised it as “run of the mill”, but the party’s former treasurer, Ian Nelson, described the probe as “hardly standard”.
