Can not recall.
I blocked it about a week ago and yet received it again this morning. Reported to Netflix eventually and blocked again.
No idea how to retrieve blocked emails to see who it was addressed to ?

I kind of wish someone would try and scam me so I can test my defences. Haven't had anything like it since I got rid of the landline.

If you want to play around with scammer just put an add to sell a mobile phone on gumtree. I sold my old phone last week (to a legitimate buyer in the end) and had scammers contacting me within 5 minutes of posting the ad.

In case you're serious Whale, I suspect opening of anything will result in a big dollop of malware on your PC, regardless of protection used.

How a Gold Coast woman's business vanished in an instant
Chelsea Shiels had been painstakingly building up her Instagram-based business for six years. But, two weeks ago, it all disappeared in an instant. Ms Shiels' Instagram account was deleted. Her 277,000 followers vanished. "I
lost everything in a second, everything I had been working so hard for.
I had my whole livelihood and identity taken from me. All the
businesses I was working with, everything was just gone," she told
nine.com.au. Ms Shiels had fallen victim to hackers who broke into her social media
accounts and caused havoc, all for the sake of $420 they managed to
steal via PayPal. Cybersecurity experts said her experience should serve
as a warning for anyone whose small business relies on social media

Instagram
What's two-factor authentication? How do I use it?Two-factor
authentication is a security feature. If you set up two-factor
authentication, you'll be asked to enter a special login code or confirm
your login attempt each time someone tries accessing Instagram from a
device we don't recognize.

Facebook
Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect your
Facebook account in addition to your password. If you set up two-factor
authentication, you'll be asked to enter a special login code or confirm
your login attempt each time someone tries accessing Facebook from a
computer or mobile device we don't recognize. You can also get alerts when someone tries logging in from a computer we don't recognize.

I don't think the fact that someone is not up to date with all the latest security measures qualifies them for your oh so superior contempt
But as your signature says 99% , better make sure you never make a mistake in your life with such high standards

Up to date? 2FA has been around for many years. You'd have to be an Instagram airhead influencer to be ignorant of it and its importance.

I am with Whale on this one. I would never do banking on the net. Too many passwords and security needed. Besides, I like popping into my local bank and having a gossip with the girls.

If I was in business I would have internet banking, it is unavoidable. As it is I pay bills by phone and need to visit a bank maybe 3 times a year, I think I am able to cope with the extra work load
PS when I do visit a bank it is frustrating as generally old people are there, they are slow, not their fault of course , and love to have interminable chats with the teller, oblivious to the queue

| Do you realise AA, The Closing Branch Banks has distances for Customers to travel as quite a long way . In Qld , St George has few Branches . My nearest Branch is more than 10K.
