Imoto to bounce back. Mr O'Ceirin is too short, reckon he's a chance to get rolled.

Impulse Buy - back in distance, down in weight, nice draw
She Can Skate - looks pretty good and looks an easier race than last time
Mr O'ceiren - a class above these - even money would be luxury
Hawks Bay - could give S Arnold a double - always puts in a big one somewhere on his way to Darwin! ... will also have Palasport in exotics
Caprossa - was with her last week in Sydney - just looking for a track to get a run on
Clear For Action - assuming he has 4 legs, you would think that Singapore Guineas/Kranji Mile/Raffles Cup form would stack up? ... $21 to find out is ok.

Good LuckThumbs Up

I'm with you on 3 of those, Mr O'Cerin would have had to have gone backwards to be beaten here, only minor concern is the whether the track gets too hard but being Moonee Valley I'm sure he will be fine. Maher intends on getting him to the Caulfield Cup this year, he has never had him going better and surely just wins.

She Can Skate, only a small margin last time but when was the last time we saw one jump from an inside gate lead them up and win down the straight?  That was a big effort and you only have to go back to her previous start when she found the rail, dropped good horses in a flash.  She is good and I think she wins again.

Clear For Action, I started a thread about this guy but haven't had much response, Singapore form is Group class but been off the scene for 18 month, no idea why?  This is an average lot and if he is anywhere near his Singapore form he would have to win.  When I heard Conlan say his work was very good at Moonee Valley on Tuesday I had to have a piece of the 21s, might go again on Saturday.

A number fronting up again after wins at the Valley a fortnight ago;

Nadeem Lass
Rock Princess
Mr O'Ceiren
Spacecraft
Draw Forward

Had a good meet backing four of those last time out, I find it usually pays to follow the ones that do well at the Valley.

Okay normally I would have put the cue in the rack until the spring but I'm testing a new set of parameters that have shown to be ridiculously successful when retrofitting past results.

I've priced 2 races for MV as follows:

Race 5
$3 Mr O'ceirin
$16.8 Oregan Spirit
$11.3 Constant Force
$9.2 De fine lago
$53.1 Oak Heart
$10.6 Friday Hussy
$12.8 Upbeat
$7.8 West Southwest
$39.1 Kuitpo Lad
$53.7 Brungle Cry

So at current prices I've got Upbeat and Westsouthwest as value 1.5% of Bank bets

Race 6:
$4.3 Under the Eiffel
$30.8 Hawks Bay
$25.6 Sea Galleon
$3.7 Spacecraft
$64.9 Hanks
$20.8 Testacana
$6.7 Storm Burst
$15.5 Blackie
$75.3 Montgomery
$36.5 It's Prince
$22.6 Palasport
$17.5 Full hand
$70.4 Guru Bay

Spacecraft at $3.7 is coming up as a 8.79% of bank bet or 1/3 of that for a less aggressive approach.

leaders/on pacers look likely to be suited with
the rail out..+ the valley's short straight...
(unless they go ballistic in front ofc)

expecting improvement from agulhas in rc 2 2nd up
drawn wide but if she can ping the gates + lob
outside the leader or cross will give a good sight imo.

she can skate in rc 3 (no 1) looks
an obvious 1 to lead + win from the pole
dangers are the 2 octavia + 3 truffle ..
I'll be playing the quinella here, 1 roved with 2+3. + a tri 1/2,3/2,3.

rc 6 no 1 Under The Eiffel win only

looks likely to get the gun run in behind the speed
won 3 from last 7, to shake off the non winner tag
as long as he gets out + running early enough he should
be saluting imo.

I'm pretty keen on  no 3 Black n Tough in rc 7

lobs in a good spot 3rd or 4th, a very good tas mare
jock + trainer both sound keen on her chances of measuring up.

Quaddie 1/1/3/ wide (taking mr ocerin 1 out,  as well as the 2 i like 1 out)..makes for a
cheap quaddie if nailed.

I think Octavia is over the line. Her form is better than She Can Skate and getting twice the price. An e/w to nothing.

Also very keen on Rock Princess... dominant win, this no tougher and slight weight relief... again e/w to nothing at $5.50.

Black N Tough... they dont send Tassies over for a picnic and they are usually very astute in picking winnable races. Great e/w value

Clear For Action... its form is laps above these and is weighted to win quite frankly. Astonishing to see 14/1 still available this has no depth even for out of season racing.

In regards to Octavia, She Can Skate beat her comfortably back in the summer so not sure how Octavias form is superior to hers? Octavia was also beaten by Spending down the straight, She Can Skates run down the straight was superior and her first up run this campaign was superior to any of Octavias run.

This race depends on how much Octavia has improved, if she hasn't gained a length or 2 then I think She Can Skate wins.

Forget she went around and that doesn't mean back her next time either (imho)
