Ok its time to Hunta Winner

Wed 13th June

Sandown

R/1 ~ Sweet Rockette FastnetRock filly making her debut over the 1000m trialed over the 800m at Cranbourne restrained early working her way through the field picking them off in impressive fashion really liked the way this filly picked up especially her last 200m when Michelle gave her some rein she picked up sharply hitting the line full of steam …….only concern is the 4th placed horse was ordinary on debut after also travelling well 2.5L away that said ill be having a crack at this filly to see the brakes fully released hopefully at a nice e/w price ……Dam was an overseas G1 winner over the mile …..TBD

Ok that was 3 weeks ago since then the 3rd placed horse out of that trial came out and won by 2.5L on debut this filly has re trialed since ridden out of the gates showing good early speed cruising away winning by 4.5L am way more confident she runs a BIG race on debut opening price will be SMASHED !!

Sat 16th June

Moonee Valley

R/1 ~ Darmasun Still has a lot to learn this filly debuted over the 1100m at Geelong settled last and when Mallyon pulled her wide she just had no idea how to let down wobbling all over the place pulling good ground on raw ability alone on paper her next run over the 1200m looks ordinary but she travelled into the race before pulling up lame total forgive run …draws (4) and Meech hops in the saddle ability wise I think this filly can run a race at juicy odds $14.00 - $3.10 LADBROKES ENHANCED

Kembla

R/4 ~ Bobbing Powered home on debut over the 1000m I liked how sharp the last 600m was this gelding would of clocked mid 33s was a very good debut obviously looking for further …returned after a 27 week layoff again over the 1000m clipping heels and copping a severe check at the 200m totally ruined his chances liked the way he regained momentum thou stretching out finding the line…1200m looks ideal tomorrow seriously all Griffiths has to do to from gate (1) is stalk 5 horses uninterrupted run and round them up $2.60 TAB

R/5 ~ Tonsor Sticking with this boy he looks a nice 4yo who got the job done on debut was taken on for the lead and pressured for most of the race liked the way he dropped them off displaying plenty of backend over the 1200m for a comfortable win sticks to the 1200m and draws a tricky gate (11) plenty of upside about him thou $4.00 TAB

Sat 30th June * Moved on these *

Caulfield

R/5 ~ Rillito Has a sharp turn of foot this mare absolutely pounded her at the Valley over the 1000m where she just got to far back from the wide gate powering home late just ran out of track …..draws wide again here but steps up to the 1200m bit more room at Caulfield Willo only has to pull her wide at the top of the straight and shes CLASSY enough to MOW them down !! $3.20 TAB

Rosehill

R/1 ~ Bubbles n Troubles Liked this fillys debut run over the 1200m showed good natural speed from the outside gate camping just off the leader and when Corey popped the question she responded like a good horse liked the way she did it at both ends this filly and on a Heavy8 so the 1400m will not be an issue and a better surface may suit her even more !! $3.70 TAB

Morphettville

R/2 ~ Vietti I Am Invincible filly making her debut over the 1100m has trialed twice over the 1000m and on both occasions never out of third and second gear just ambling up to the leaders crossing the line throttled winning both ….. very keen to see Jamie Kah put this filly on a loose rein cause she looks to be packing plenty of ability $2.80 LADBROKES BOOSTED

Wed 4th July

Canterbury * Moved on these *

R/1 ~ Helga Duporth filly who trialed early this year over the 745m on a GOOD surface got left a bit flatfooted over the shorter trip chasing a speedy filly but stuck to the task well ~ Returned after a 15 week layoff and definitely didnt look comfortable on the HEAVY8 her next and most recent trial got back on a GOOD surface over the 1050m motoring home out wide in behind Ljunberg plenty left in the tank ~ Debut run she just had no luck copping another HEAVY8 settling at the tail paddling all over the place down the home straight still managing to run 5th ……Shes just screaming out for a decent surface this filly should get that on Wednesday and power home !! $7.00 TAB

R/2 ~ Ljunberg On this colt last start when he got nailed late by Misteed only thing that beat him was the HEAVY8 Misteed just lapped it up back on a better surface think this colt gets the job done !! $4.40 TAB

Ok its time to Hunta Winner

Sat 7th July

Newcastle

R/4 ~ Lions Head Straight out of the Blackbook this colt ... given a easy ride in his first trial early in the year returned after a 14 week lay off over the 730m for a close up 3rd behind Sneaking To Win who I thought ran super today this colt was never out of third gear and could of matched motors if asked the question…… liked what I seen again in his most recent over the 1000m got into an awkward spot tucked in behind the leaders with the talented Sargent galloper winding up outwide with all the momentum liked the way this colt picked up underneath matching strides looking the superior animal through the line TBD

Throwing the Cheque Book !!

Ok its time to Hunta Winner

Wed 11th July * Both nominated this week *

Sandown

R/? ~ Immelmann Im not a fan of Synthetic trials or racing and plenty of rain around down here in Melbourne so will encounter a track with plenty of give on debut …..but the way this 2yo Smart Missile gelding trialed was impressive beat a field of absolute cats who were off the bit possibly could of won by 10 had MacFarlane released the brakes looking in absolute control along way out under a complete stranglehold !!

4 1000m trials were ran that day

3yo in 1.00.34

6yo in 1.00.06

Other 2yo in 1.00.54

This 2yo in 1.00.44

Take a look at how easy this horse produced that time was never out of 2nd gear !! 1400m on debut , on the turf , with plenty of give ? Plenty of questions being asked here and with 5 last start winners also nominated for the race I think he’ll open up a good price e/w …. TBD

Thu 12th July

Kembla

R/? ~ Churning Think this filly is a MORAL @ Kembla trialed well leading up to her debut over the 1100m at Canterbury on the Heavy9 where she got hampered for room trying to hold a position while pushing forward early had to ease and got shuffled back to 3rd last pushed wide on the turn finishing her race off very stylishly ...drops back to the 1000m which will not be a concern as she has enough early speed to camp just of them good weather so guaranteed a good track think this filly will quicken when the sprint goes on and be to strong late ……..TBD

Ok its time to Hunta Winner

Sat 21st July

Randwick

R/1 ~ Churning Im a Plague Stone fan and these Lonhros become more dangerous as 3yos so we might see the best of him this prep hes allways trialed like a G1 horse in the making and raced without luck at times last prep $2.00 is just way to short for me …This filly is also by Lonhro and the first foul to race out of the speedy Jet Spur mare Emmalene arguably should of won on debut behind Jen Rules who has clearly out galloped horses like Wimlah who’s shorter in the market this filly is the wrong price and sees a good track for the first time scratched from Kembla midweek and sent back to the trials looking very sharp has a 5kg weight pull on the colt and race fitness if he doesn’t bring his A game shes a BIG danger $17.00 - $3.80 LADBROKES BOOSTED e/w

R/7 ~ Tactical Advantage Allways been a fan !! Hes a good horse who races well fresh draws (3) to get that gun has the ability to quicken at the backend of his race and should go very close $4.20 TAB

Kembla

R/2 ~ Lions Head MULTI LOCK $1.90 LADBROKES

R/4 ~ Elusive Nature Sepoy filly who got shuffled back to last on debut over the 1000m weaving her way through pulling good ground late finishing a close up fourth … stepped up to the 1250m at Canterbury parked 3 back the fence and just had a wall of horses to deal with at the 250m held up her momentum totally shut down just when she looked like putting herself into the race…… steps up to the 1400m draws gate (1) again just needs some room to move and some clean air $5.00 TAB
