Tassie Tipping Results

Seven of us faced the starter, including vsp. who dropped in for a rare visit.  For newer members, vsp. was a foundation member of TBV and for many years was our moderator, however nowadays she spends most of her time breeding thoroughbreds and pussy cats.

Here's the results;

4 points: Second Chance - what a shambolic effort from yours truly with just four 3rd placings, a

                                       performance more than worthy of the dreaded hat. 

5 points: PB - Mr Consistency is fair in the middle of a slump at the moment and he too couldn't find a

                     winner on the day.

8 points: Warri Symbol - it's apparently catching, as this seasoned performer could only chalk up five

                                     minor placings.

9 points: RFF - a winner and three 2nds was a middling performance for the lad, along with 

              Dizzy - who at least found two winners including a lovely $7.60 job. 

10 points: Vixen - not a bad effort at all from the girl, with two winners including her special along with

                           that $7.60 job along with a couple of placings.

  however the occasional traveller put us all to shame as on

13 points: vsp. - was a most worthy champion after recording three winners including her special, a

                         2nd and a 3rd in a fine first up performance.

  so it's congratulations to vsp. on putting us all to the sword
