   Get offenders off the streets , immediately , as was done years ago.

 Releasing these madmen back onto the streets ,  DOESN'T WORK.

	Pretty sure we already have tough laws for these sort of offences, Isn’t the real issue the maximum penalties are rarely applied. No way will an assault on a paramedic be treated the same as murder. Sounds good though
