Good to see they've bitten the bullet.  A win-win for mine.

As for potential stallions, who can bag Snitzel?  However that said imho she needs rather more miler/middle distance strength from the sire she visits if they're interested in breeding more than a genetically limited speedster.

FWIW.

No choice I would expect.     I think she has had chronic airways problems over a period .
I recall the vets report after the Everest last year , when she pulled up distressed .

I wasn't a big fan of the way she was placed to be honest. So much money around for 2yo's though so it's a double edged sword.

Didn't go high enough on the posts!  Silly me.  Wish I knew what they sold her for.  I've got SC breathing down my neck as I think Pierata could win big this season.  Oh well it was still nice to get a Golden Slipper winner in a stable to go with the Derby and Oaks which others have found.  I wonder which big race Pierata can add to the list.

Love to see a stallion with a bit of stoutness cover her, I'm getting tired of speed speed and more speed, wonder if they will ever think of a race over one and a half miles similar to the Everest for Oz and NZ breeds only, spring is upon us so your allowed to think outside the square.

She herself has quite a bit of stamina in her pedigree.

She herself was crying out for a mile.

She does not need slow coach stamina that is for sure.

Sorry Second Chance in this case he's not half wrong.  Her line can throw sprinter/milers and stayers and even in the male line there is stamina.

Surel it would be good to pump her full of more of that great Bletchingly, Biscay & Star Kingdom blood.

I think Im right in saying that the great Fairway/Lady Juror cross would come to bear a lot as well.....to my amateur eye.

There is some stamina in SWR's pedigree, but not "quite a lot" as claimed by Djebel.

Sunday Silence is the same family as Musket and this mare decends from a mare who is 1/2 sister to one who produced Martini Henry (Melbourne Cup, VRC Derby etc) to Musket.  So that would make it an interesting pedigree.   THat said plenty of interesting crosses to Frankel and Camelot also.

A bit more Grey Sovereign line blood in the stallion would be interesting also.  His dam has a little Australasian mare called Achray in her pedigree and Achray is a daughter of Martini Henry.  He also carries a double of Swynford from the family of Star Kingdom as well as his 1/2 brother Chaucer and Spearmint (Carbine/Musket) blood is there as well.  No wonder he mixed so well with the Star Kingdom line back in the day.
