I'm happy to disagree. Thought he may have gapped them by further today but a 2.5 length win on debut is pretty impressive nonetheless. Think he'll be something late Spring or in the Autumn.

You would think the trainer believe a horse could be psychologically scared by being scratched.....  I doubt the horse had any issue with being scratched...

Its interesting to listen to Tim Clark, I have to agree he shows a willing attitude you could see that in his 2nd last trial.

The Jockey does not need to do anything for the horse to give his effort.

Possible to see it in better races Djebel.  Nice pedigree crossing Redoute's and Umatilla and decends from Deck the Halls a mare I quite liked back in the 70's.  Can't tell one way or the other until tested but good win nonetheless.

Went as well as the race fit Tango Rain (second to Star Turn, also beat Thronum and Hair Trigger who I think is a decent horse) in one trial and has come out and brained a weak field at his first race start. If he's anywhere near as good as his half bro UTL they'll be happy

Nice win today. Who knows what the future holds for him. He's off for a spell now then back for the autumn with the Arrowfield in mind over The Championships.

Just glad he got the job done for us today after we've been waiting a while for him to be produced. I had a fair bit on in the end so was a good result.

Don't believe UTL is related.

Be that as it may, Glenall's half-sister Panipique was a very handy listed stakes-winner and as mentioned elsewhere he has a terrific pedigree from a line-breeding perspective with the top broodmare Dancing Show sex balanced 3 x 4.

RacingandSports horse search has a siblings tab Red - probably where that came from by the look of it.

Finally makes his return at Randwick tomorrow. Very keen to see him again.

I'm on at $2.20.

Tim Martin's Roguish is being backed.

Notorious punting stable.

This is a horse that gets hammered in the betting all the time for some reason though.

Not for me, wouldn't touch it.

Peoples thoughts on Glenall in today’s Hareeba Stks at Mornington?

Midfield in the Lightning & Newmarket, dropping back to Listed company and only carrying 54.5kgs.

Might look at him each way today at 8/1
