Multiple media outlets report that detectives believe there is enough
evidence to charge the foster mother with interfering with a corpse and
perverting the course of justice. Where is the corpse?

Theory is that he died by an accident(?) in the house and the step mother removed and disposed of the body and cleaned up. Explains the most recent search of the property under warrant?

Dont know but I reckon Gary Jubelin will be a factor in the course the original investigation took and the direction it took after he was removed from the investigation and prosecuted.

I think he decided the neighbor was guilty and spent 4 years trying to fit him up. If the step mother is guilty it is no wonder the family supported Jubelin in his trial.

So he's supposed to have died by accident. 'The court heard police told the foster mother “we know why, we know how” William disappeared and his body was disposed of. ok, PC Sherlock, enlighten us. Why would anybody do what you allege they did?

They have always had the foster mother on the radar. One wonders why ?? Gotta be something ??? Gary Jubelin ruined that blokes life. Pegging him , and then nothing. Jubelin was going to solve the Bowraville murders too. So far. Nothing. |

Was it a police press release or an information request from media.
Either way the DPP dont take something to trial approved and funded on nothing or a fishing trip. A brief of evidence has to be approved.
