What I am saying is you are an argumentative fool who reads but doesn't really want to comprehend and drags out your silly arguments endlessly. What a nag, how your family must suffer LOL

Williams played well, she would have beaten Barty. But Halep played out of her mind, retrieved "winners " time after time, read Williams serve, missed very little, great effort.

Can’t wait for tonight! Djoker v Fed should be an absolute cracker. Likely to be a tight encounter as many of them are between these two. Djoker doing his usual thing getting past people without too much fuss but have seen times when he looked vulnerable although obviously found a way to step it up when required. Federer has been working into the tournament nicely and has looked better and better as it has gone on culminating in a 4 set win over Nadal on Friday in what was a high quality match. Toss of the coin stuff but when pushed Id go Fed in 5.

Federer is going to have the same problem as Williams - X 10Shocked - the ball will keep coming back. There is nobody in the the history of tennis as good at getting the ball back as Djokovic.

While i’m at it - I often see these talking heads on SKY & Racing.com & these titles pop up - Form Expert , Form Analyst or the like. Think it would be a pretty good gig. Just what sort of qualifications do I need for my resume - & how do I go about getting them ?

Am expecting Djoker to win. Happens so often that Fed plays super in quarters and semis leading people to speculate that he has a good chance. Meets Djokovic in the final and always falls short , has had Federer's measure for a number of years.

Anything can happen on the night but I would think new tactics need to be used by Federer, don't know what they could be .

Just my opinion, I am no expert Smile

Top game to watch tonight ... ( I'm staying on the fence.)

Both Champions and still firing well.    Federer must be due to retire & Djoker carries a few injuries ..

This is not a hard court or a clay court. The surface significantly improved Federers chances due to the extra speed thus nullifying some of Djokers ability to get the ball back. Djoker was average for a large part of the semi. RBA shouldn’t be troubling him at all, yet he took a set off him. In that match his forehand looked clearly his worse side. Look for Federer to target that and obviously he will be able to attack more than the previous opponent could. These matches have generally been competitive, even at Djokers best and particularly on grass. That’s why Fed can win and it’s unlikely to be a cakewalk in any event.

Is it really that difficult to tell if you're not throwing the ball up the right way?Shocked I can tell where I am putting the ball in the ball toss and I'm ranked 7,526,779,191 in the world.

yeah but after you throw it up you are meant to hit it in court, not just admire your ball toss Wink

Advantage Whale!LOL

Not sure Federer has any more to prove but if he wins this he'll definitely prove it esp as it's against Djokovic and at this time.

Anyway probably won't be frivolous and watch it, only interested in the result as it's pretty clear now how they each play ... and l'm not getting any younger for some reason  Smile

Federer is.

The obvious problem Williams was going to have was Haleps ability to rally endlessly.
As mentioned Williams was out of Oxygen early , after a bad start & as the game progressed , She was distressed , as her lack of endurance was put to the test.
She won't ever beat Halep again ...   The best of the Ladies by far, For quite a period if her Wimbledon win is any indication.

I've got RSI from channel flicking!

How do you win 36 games in a Wimbledon Final and lose the match?

Incredible.

... but women in sport are underpaid.Tongue

Doesn't matter - just googled the result. That young gun Federer should get a few more chances before he hangs up the racket !
