Maurice Blackburn is taking Class Action against the highly illegal cladding.
Planning Ministers are going to be sued, and may even face jail.
Developers arent the only target. The Government, State Governments, Planning Ministers, who approved materials that endangered the life of thousands of Australians are being sued.
