Im sick of Australians blaming China.
WE are responsible for selling out to China and allowing corruption.
WE are to blame for pathetic standards we have allowed.
Places like VCAT planning division are corrupt bigtime.
It is our fault for letting Communist China leech their way and their atrocious standards.
We have 3rd world buildings now.
They are already falling apart.
Blame China all you like, it is OUR fault for allowing this, allowing corruption.

Look at Bourke Street now.
Has about 12 square concrete bollards with graffiti on them, in the major street of what is meant to be a major international city.
Why not turn them into concrete planter boxes that are actually pretty??
Looks like bloody Detroit.
Its mediocrity substandard garbage.
Australians lay down and accept too much crap.
We accept corruption too much.
It is a culture in decline.
Ugly abstract art is glorified.
Corruption is called "Donations".
Great standards.

     These Community Title investments & Body Corporates are a treacherous risk for many .

They are smart enough to know that it’s both substantially quicker & cheaper to pinch it, than to do the work.
