Don't think many have any sympathy for him as he is not a very well liked man. A very arrogant man who has finally got his comeuppance.

Henry Dwyer was fined $1000 by South Australian stewards in a recently-concluded inquiry that dated back to an incident at Morphettville Racecourse in early May.

It was in relation to a report made by TRSA stewards following surveillance conducted in the Morphettville stable precinct, where the Dwyer-trained Legless Veuve was stabled ahead of the May 5 meeting.

Dwyer was charged under rule AR80E(1) after the substance Sarapin was found in a backpack at the stable in question.

Following consultation with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority, stewards determined that Sarapin was not registered in compliance with state and commonwealth legislation.

Dwyer pleaded guilty to the charge. In determining penalty, stewards took note of Dwyer’s personal circumstances, and the circumstances surrounding the possession of the vial of Sarapin, and factors relating to individual and general deterrence.

"circumstances surrounding the possession of the vial of Sarapin"

And what might they be?

I'm no Vet, but don't you inject Sarapin? I thought his employee got caught with a sack full of tubing equipment. Ah well, chuck him on the list with all the other cheats. When the TRACKSIDE turnover goes up 15% and betting on live racing drops 15%, the powers will be sitting back scratching their heads wondering why.........4 Fook Saike

A mate of mine bought a tried horse out of his stable.
Horse was in terrible condition.
Like it had been locked in a box without seeing the sun in a week, hadn’t had a decent feed on a while either.

Great to see “Funnels” Dwyer back in form at Caulfield today. Is it only me who has that warm & fuzzy feeling inside knowing Henry must be well and truly over the “personal circumstances” that saw his winning % drop through the floorboards, and got him off with a $1000 fine after his stable hand was caught with a sack full of tubing equipment at the races 8months ago?. Can only hope the bed wetting episodes that got him off so lightly are now but a mere memory. GO HENRY DWYER RACING 👍

The boys at Neerim do seem to have learned to train again - Sadler went from zero to hero and Mr Funnels can finally pay the feed bill

I meant about Henry wetting the bed.
Seems weird someone would admit to that when they are a fully grown man

Very vague in the stewards report.
But in the summary, it says an inquiry has been adjourned into this matter.
