Usain Bolt playing soccer, what a joke- he'll be a giraffe on roller skates.

He's pretty quick.

I thought he was a frustrated fast bowler, not a soccer diver!Confused

He hasn't even got the right type of speed for team sport with his slow starts. If he has a 50m windup before he gets the ball nobody will catch him.
I agree Tlaz that Bolts weakest part of his race was always his starts. However, I don't think he would have to many issues running around the average Aussie soccer player 3 times , kicking a goal & returning from a standing start before they took a step in any direction. Bit like comparing an apple to a passionfruit.

Now, according to the Daily Murdoch Bullsh1t, after Bolt's two goals against a pub side, some allegedly "top flight" European club want to sign him to help them get into the Champions League.LOL The world is getting crazier and crazier.LOL

"Top flight" European club turns out to be Valetta FC.

WTF was that all about? A seriously weird episode in Australian sport. Only Hunter S Thompson could make sense of it.

My favourite part was the comment from Andy Keogh that Bolt had a first touch like a trampoline. So true.Tongue
