Malcolm Turnbull's senior adviser was warned of alleged awards night misbehaviour by Barnaby JoyceJacqueline MaleyPublished: February 12 2018 - 8:37PM A senior adviser to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull was warned that Barnaby Joyce had allegedly misbehaved at an awards night, according to a series of text messages seen by Fairfax Media. The text message warnings came from John Clements, a former chief adviser to Tony Windsor, the former independent MP and Mr Joyce's political enemy. They were sent on December 30, 2015, to Sally Cray, who serves as Mr Turnbull's principal private secretary. Fairfax Media has been told the "Qld senator" referred to in the text exchange was Mr Joyce. Fairfax Media also understands the texts related to alleged misconduct at a 2011 Rural Women's Award dinner. "I might add he was reminded of his behaviour the following year in a speech," Mr Clements said in one message. He also described Mr Joyce as having been in "full flight". At the time of the messages to Ms Cray, Mr Joyce was the Agriculture and Water Minister in the Turnbull government. He became Deputy Prime Minister and Nationals leader nearly two months later. Mr Clements told Ms Cray in one text he was writing to her off the record. "Agree it's all off record," Ms Cray replied immediately. "It's hard if there was not an official complaint at the time to act." Ms Cray went on to describe the alleged behaviour as "unacceptable". Mr Clements then replied that "the rural women's award pub incident has too many witnesses to go away...Joyce will cop media over it." Mr Joyce was a Queensland senator from 2004 to 2013 before moving to Armidale in NSW to represent New England in the lower house. Mr Clements' one-time boss, Mr Windsor, has been a political rival to Mr Joyce in the seat of New England. At the time the messages were sent, Mr Clements was working for former Palmer United Party senator Dio Wang, who was a member of the crossbench whose office had regular communication with government staffers. Mr Clements has also worked for senator Derryn Hinch. As Mr Turnbull's principal private secretary, Ms Cray has acted as his gatekeeper and counsellor. She began work as a political staffer in 2006 and joined Mr Turnbull's office the following year. Apart from two years spent in the ABC's corporate communications department, she has worked for him ever since. A spokesman for Mr Joyce simply said the texts were from John Clements. He declined to comment further. Comment has been sought from the Prime Minister's Office. - with James Massola This story was found at: http://www.smh.com.au/federal-politics/political-news/malcolm-turnbulls-senior-advisor-warned-of-alleged-awards-night-misbehavior-from-barnaby-joyce-20180212-h0vz4w.html |

A delegation of Nats is heading to Barney's office to have a ''Barney, we need to talk '' chat about his viability as leader.
We will see if they have the balls to tap him on the shoulder. Evidence suggests they may not have.

Dearie me. See the pic on the front of the Tele this morning ? Seriously ! What red blooded Australian male wouldnt have a look at that short skirt and those legs all stuck up on show for all ? But no, the press have got a bone and they are going to keep chewing it until its in a millions pieces.
Cant tell me she didnt set her cap at him , in spite of knowing his wife and family. She is as bad as him ! Saw some sob story about her the other day, "poor girl having her first child and having to go thru this ". Did she not think about this before hand ? Does she not know about contraception ? She isnt an 18 year old girl. She is in her 30ies and been around the traps big time. What a stuff up. |

The Telegraph is the only media focusing on that salacious stuff, because it is what they are good at
Everyone else has moved on to the more important aspects that bring his leadership under question. The Nat's Liberal coalition partners aren't having a bar of anything and have cut Barney loose. He is on his own, suggesting his dishonesty and deception was not known by them, and if there was a conspiracy to decieve and cheat it was restricted to a handfull of Nats.

Can't be bothered reading the previous posts and I wouldn't usually take much note of these types of websites but the lack of action against this bloke is more than suggestive that he's very close to the truth about the Beetrooter. Corruption has many forms.
Hopefully his daughters will never know the full extent of his "activities".

Nothing to see here Turnablindeye, business as usual for the Natcons. Only thing missing is:
Irrespective of the politics he's a HYPOCRITE of the highest order. -Lecturing others on their "anti-family" sex habits. -Living rent free in a millionaire Nat supporter's townhouse after lambasting Sydney people for complaining about house prices. -$3M in security upgrades (paid by taxpayers) to his millionaire mate's townhouse where he lived rent free. All after accepting a cash handout from Gina Rinehart before soemeone pointed out the obvious impropiety involved. Bring on a federal ICAC and sort them ALL out. -Dodgy travel claims and land purchases. -Alleged sex with a lobbyist and conservative supporter. -50 extra nights in Canberra (wonder what the attraction was?) when he should have been in his new electorate offices, spending his money there. - Creation of jobs for his 'not-partner' at a salary apparently 10 times the going rate. She no doubt earned it one way or another. Like Trump's concubines I can't imagine what they go through spreading their legs for these creeps. Makes the skin crawl. |

Awww, It has been taken down. Joyce's position has been untenable from the moment the story broke. His refusal to stand aside is political idiocy as is the Nationals reluctance to push him. That the Prime Minister and the Liberals have to sit on their hands just demonstrates the limitations of the coalition arrangement. This cannot get any better. It can only get worse. |

Why is Tony Burke so quiet on this?... the similarities are staggering ...
Tony Burke’s tax-payer-funded luxury euro tour with staffer who became his partner
IT’S a love story that blossomed in the luxurious comfort of first class — all paid for by the Aussie taxpayer. https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/tony-burkes-taxpayerfunded-luxury-euro-tour-with-staffer-who-became-his-partner/news-story/f97a4fd6f8aa59c2055de0702a04f9fe

Hey, it's ok, I've got the solution to alleviate the pressure on parliamentarians who find it necessary to cheat on their spouse and knock up their staff!!
Whenever an MP is elected, the citizens just stump up for an open ended Credit Card, that is to be used exclusively on hookers! ... oh that's right, the ALP already tried that one ...

There's some similarities no doubt although I doubt he can match The Beetrooter's gold medal escapades, let alone his gross hypocrisy. Burke's yet another example of the snouts in the trough entitlement which pervades federal and state parliaments. Labor's not immune as we've seen on at least three occasions with Vic state members. They all need to be exposed, prosecuted, and given appropriate sanctions. But we need an independent federal ICAC for that and under Turnablindeye that's a no no.
