One for the breeding buffs, 22yo mum at time of foaling.

Best one she has produced to date.

But old mares :)

That was the win of a gun horse, hope he can stretch that brilliance to the mile tomorrow.

They usually don't do that up that bit of distance .......unless they're the real deal.

Caulfield Guineas fav and running around in a winter final for $72K.

What's that 14 weeks away? Strange preparation (well to me but I'm not a trainer).
I started with nothing and still have most of it left

56.5kg v 59kg given mare v colt that's about the right weight for comparison.

So she is better than we think and him not so much?

Times a good guide generally....Ruby Sea carried 59 and was at her girth also.

Ill assume a typical 1200 - 1400 - 1600 program.

Confused

Fair enough that make more sense mate ....he did it off a faster tempo.

He did it off a slowly run race last time so that ticks another box today.

He's impressive, just builds into his races. Would be interested in what the ratings people say about him. Silly call probably but there's a touch of the Weekend Hussler about this bloke. Off season racing but just looks so good.
