Stick to Trump. At least you have a vague idea of what's going on there.

Soooooo wrong. Biggest swing in London with ReBrexits putting their own goal right.

Corbyn saying this election shows britain have had enough of austerity politics...cuts to health, cuts to schools, and not giving young people a fair go.

spot on!

*not he didnt say anything about feminism, gays, lesbians, transgenders, islamophobia, white racists (the only racists) , white supremacy and unisex toilets in pre school.

Sadiq Khan’s Anti-Trump Attitude Gets DESTROYED By Queen Elizabeth… Media SHOCKED

Queen Elizabeth is not putting up with Sadiq Khan’s rhetoric — and the media isn’t saying a word about it.

While the far-left London mayor petitioned to have President Donald Trump’s UK visit cancelled, the Queen put his trivial outrage aside and invited the U.S. commander-in-chief anyway.

Breitbart reports:

On Monday, Press Secretary Sean Spicer confirmed that President Donald Trump’s UK visit was still on — and that he was personally invited by Queen Elizabeth.

“[The president] appreciates Her Majesty’s gracious invitation,” Spicer stated.

Khan said there was “no reason to be alarmed” by an increased police presence in London following yet another terror attack on Saturday on the London Bridge.

Trump tweeted about the mayor’s seemingly incongruous remark about the police presence in London following the attack.

“Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his ‘no reason to be alarmed’ statement,” Trump tweeted on Monday. “MSM is working hard to sell it!”

The MSM are not saying a word about it because it didn't happen.

Trump was invited to the UK for a State Visit by its government, not by the Queen, in February.

Of course it does. I'd like education to help people become rational, responsible people. The fruit of education over the last 30 years is... well, look at the UK election results... Corbyn...

Stayer could do it, but doesn't suit his agenda.

There isn't one, but the closest to centre by about the length of Pinocchio's nose is May.

If there isn't one and you oppose austerity neo-liberalism generally , who else do you vote for?

Thanks for that, 40-something-year-old Joni Mitchell. Deep stuff.
You'd think the same youth might feel the same way about the Brussels elite, the ivory tower academics etc... but that's like getting too heavy, man. (Plus they haven't learned about how the world works yet.)

Both parties were committed to Brexit, May tried to con the electorate into voting for a bigger majority to negotiate a better deal. Unfortunately austerity comes with her package That was rejected to move closer to a fairer position in an economy where wages growth had stalled

Just saw this after replying to drivel. The only smart move by a politician I've seen in my lifetime is Boris Johnson pulling out of the leadership race post Brexit. He'll be loving this.

Yep I'm sure that's why young people voted for Corbyn.

neoliberalism and austerity is a rotten medicine now. we are seeing the rejection of it played out in different elections around the world.

im thinking the rejection coincides with the rise of social media???.... their is a platform to explain it and why it means you and your family are being screwed.

add to that...the rejection of murdoch press and political activism, which ties into the counter-punch role social media plays.

then you have the ol faithful campaign method of soldiers (volunteers) on the ground door knocking, getup (whats the uk equivalent??) and stuff like that.

Its good.

And if you were disillusioned with the conservative austerity that has has delivered wages stagnation with no rise in 8 of the last 10 years, and wanted to move back towards the centre or beyond, you had to vote Labour/Corbyn. No other choice
