Do you intend to barrier trial Single Gaze next week to ascertain if she has lost interest or indeed, had enough? As you did with the lovely grey mare Catkins after she ran very poorly on the preceding Saturday.

Surely you have the staff to advise you accordingly.

SG was Nick Olives stable star, best horse he’d ever had. As if he wouldnt have kept her racing if there wasn’t a very good reason not to? Those who pointed this out back on page 1 of this thread were rubbished and told she is a race horse and should be racing. I bet there are a few on here who, like me, never had a penny on her.

Didn’t even bother to fill out the retired horse form.
Which made it so easy to transfer trainers.

Why did they sell?

Money.

They obviously weren't breeders so what else were they supposed to do with a potentially valuable brood mare?
