New One Nation sexism scandal after candidate posts pictures of breast groping

One Nation’s election woes continued on Wednesday morning with another candidate embroiled in a sexism scandal.

The Cairns Post has published social media images posted by Leichhardt candidate Ross Macdonald including shots of him with topless women and groping breasts.

Other posts feature women's cleavage and digitally altered and sexualised images of women’s bodies.

Macdonald did not offer comment to the paper.

The revelation follows the resignation on Tuesday of Queensland One Nation Senate candidate Steve Dickson after footage emerged of him making sexist comments and touching a dancer at a strip club in Washington last year.

It was filmed by AL Jazeera during Dickson’s US trip with One Nation leader Pauline Hanson’s chief of staff James Ashby to seek support from American gun lobby group the NRA.

On Tuesday night, an emotional Hanson used an A Current Affair interview to question why the footage had been released during an election campaign and claimed One Nation was being unfairly targeted.

"I cop all this sh*t all the time and I’m sick of it. Absolutely sick of it,” she said.

One Nation ute up in flames: No political conspiracy behind it, police say

A careless smoker, not a leftie arsonist, was behind the fire that destroyed a One Nation campaign truck in Tasmania over the weekend.

Tasmanian police say the fire was most likely caused by an ember from a discarded cigarette, and there was no sign in the CCTV footage examined of anyone near the back of the vehicle at the time the blaze broke out.more..
