A few of them should try going to game, rather than just walking around in random locations all over the globe in a jersey!Wink

Funny because GWS even claim to have 21,000 members ... they never turn up to a game either!Embarrassed

Nice irony!Tongue

Gay Mardi Gras the go in Sin City. 90% of patrons at Crown are from an Asiatic background, who know little about AFL.

Is it true they conduct interviews and rehearsals for the Aussie guys and gals who require rescuing?

Sam Thaiday belly-aching about Meninga not ringing to advise of non-selection......Mal apologised publicly for it. Instead of crying to the media, he could have rang Meninga, to voice his concerns. I agree that selection is not a right, but a privilege. Thaiday, and everyone else, knows his time is gone.

Fifitta has jumped ship and is now playing for Tonga along side Taumololo

Gillard should have been picked before Fifitta in the first place

I watched some of the nsw koori knockout final on NITV the other day. fifita was playing for newcastle. they got beat by griffith. branko lee, timana tahu, robert lui were in the game too. they take it pretty seriously, even the nrl boys.

it was a good game to watch...as far as "footy" goes, it was better than nrl.

i cant see what the problem is with fifita switching countries. its good for tonga and good for australia.

I think it's great for both countries

The problem is Fifita carried on like a school girl when he wasn't picked last time

How can you pick and choose which country you want to play for? I think it's a joke TBH. You're either from Australia or you're from Tonga (based on reasonable eligibility criteria). You don't get to decide to play for one country one year and switch to another the next.

WOW
Police rushed to the home of Roosters winger Blake Ferguson in the early hours of Thursday morning in response to a phone call from former teammate Paul Carter, who was concerned about the welfare of Ferguson's two children.
NSW Police confirmed that officers had visited Ferguson's family home at 5.15am. Ferguson has not been charged nor was he taken into custody.
The caller thought the child had been drugged.

Carter is awaiting sentencing for dealing cocaine to Kenny-Dowell among others, and was sacked from the Roosters.

He reportedly turned up at Ferguson's house and said he wanted a drink and a chat At 3AM Ferguson told him to leave because he had little kids in the house trying to sleep. Carter then apparently left but rang 000 and reported drugged kids in the house

AHH    , Good stuff .     I'd never heard of Carter actually.

This drug scene is getting right out of hand.   We have Government that can't guarantee electricity supply so what hope.
So easy to reduce too.

A bloke I knew years ago rang me at 3 AM once, and started chatting. Whatever he was on had caused him to lose track of time. It wasn't a long conversation.

Sounds like a good bloke Paul Carter, can't be character issues that got him sacked by 3 NRL clubs...

Mischievous that this reached, and was publicized by the media. If there are charges laid, OK, but they are like sharks circling waiting for any footballer to do something that can be construed as newsworthy.

All more reason to come down HARD ...    Mandatory Time if caught with one pill of illegals more than once.     Minimum fine 1st offence $5000.

Similar stopped SP bookmakers years ago.

That is all behind him, now that he has found religion, and we know that religion is the answer to all problems associated with weak minds and wills.
