Baguette, Mitt Romney's comments today I think will be very important as this process moves on. He gives others permission to speak out and way out of this mess for the party.
He could lead a Conservative movement away from Trump.A lot of never Trump Republicans and Conservatives were very pleased to see what he did and have started publicly offering support. 3 other Republican congressmen spoke out less strongly but it shows there is pressure starting to build.

It really is amazing how much Trump has achieved for America, despite such an enormous waste of time and energy he has had to endure fighting extreme negativity.

Why would Trump do such an appalling thing as he is doing with the Syrian Kurds, effectively signing their death warrants at the hands of Turkey who have wanted to do this for decades? Do you suppose Erdogan still has the video of Khoshoggi's dismembering by the Saudis inside the Saudi Embassy in Turkey? Maybe old Recip sees a bleak future for Donny and is calling in his markers before impeachment.

They haven't quite got them yet. The judge ruled in favor of Manhattan having them, ridiculing the attempt to stop them being released. They however have appealed to an appeals court and were granted a stay in proceedings pending that appeal. When/if that is upheld they will certainly appeal to SCOTUS to give their corrupt judges the opportunity to pay back for their life long appointments.

Asked today about loyalty to the Kurds, the idiot in chief said, they weren't at Normandy. Asked if he was concerned about the thousands of ISIS fighters being held by Kurds in prisons that would now escape as Kurds flee Turkish attacks, he said not really, they would escape into Europe.
