He also said in a footnote that there are 2 possible remedies for this ridiculous situation, so over to Congress first to decide whether they impeach or leave it for criminal action on completion of his Presidency.

Well I've read most of it and here's my initial thoughts:
1. It WAS an orchestrated witch hunt that should now be investigated.
2. Trump was understandably angry about it, especially allegations that he was personally involved, and wanted it over. Whether he went about this in a legal/ ethical way is questionable, but knowledge and intent are key to obstruction.

On a side note, do you get a more farcical story of a bumbling ladder climber than Papadapoulos?
