We know all of that CNNPT, but what is it about him that would make you hate him more than any other US politician from either side of the swamp ... to the extent that you would lie about him, and destroy your own credibility?

Simply put, CNNPT is filled with petty unresolved animosity which has reached a sociopathic, self-absorbed, and delusional level. He has taken on the omnipresent and omnipotent role of judge and jury as to whether the American voters have the common sense to choose their President. JMHO, but he is not doing to well at it either.

In what other situation is a defence lawyer, allowed to peruse the evidence that the authorities have collated,so their client can decide whether he needs to shut down the investigation?

In the states we call call it Congressional oversight, judicial discovery, and 5th Amendment rights. Show one instance when the Executive Branch obstructed the Mueller investigation. Just one. Firstly congressional oversight does not include a defence attorney being involved in the process of overseeing the investigation, surely you must acknowledge this is both unprecedented and totally out of order? Judicial discovery is the stage after someone is charged, has he been charged yet? 5th amendment rights also are relevant only after being charged? You don't expect any charges to be brought or recommended against either him or his family,until the investigation has been completed surely? As an aside, aren't you at least a little concerned about so much low hanging fruit being have been closely associated with him?

Being charged or indicted is not the only threshold for 5th ammendment rights or discovery. Lastly, POTUS has not obstructed Mueller.

Just so you know, WH lawyer Flood and CofS Kelly, nor any other Trump attorneys, did not participate in yesterday's classified congressional hearings. They only relayed WH messages to attendees and exited. Like CNNPT you are very good at pouncing before the facts get out. Fake news is CNNPT'S best source to support his petty animosity.

Firstly, you say it's not illegal,but tell me you really think it's appropriate for a defence lawyer to attend a congressional oversight meeting?
Has there ever been a precedent?
Secondly,you are being dishonest if you don't accept that it was intended that Flood would attend, but only stepped back when the Democrats spat the dummy.

This screeching of fake news is quite frankly dishonest. The administration consistently floats ideas in the press, to determine how vitriolic the opposition will be.
If it's not fierce,they proceed,if everyone blows up, they don't proceed and cry fake news.


You are absolutely wrong about the 5th,and discovery rights before charges have been laid. Otherwise the Mafia, as one good example would have had attorneys installed in every police station of your land for the past 50 years to monitor what the police knew about their activities.
But I'd be very interested if you could quote specifics that prove me wrong.
