I LOVE seeing other people,s photos !!
Cant work it out myself, in spite of much help from Gay, I am just too thick to post mine.
Keep them coming !

You NEED a photobucket acc. to upload from your PC then it's simply copy/paste into the window LOL

That's just the last part of the hike. It's about 200m at a 45 degree angle (not exaggerating it really is hat steep). I have a go pro video I made of the climb up this part which gives an idea of strenuous this part is. Not sure if I want to post it just yet though.

The full hike is 13km each way from Yosemite valley way with approx 1,500m change in elevation. It's a full day hike. Took just under 10hrs round trip with about an hour on the top.

Here's a photo from the top looking down the valley below:

Thanks for the positive comments Whale & Toll Road

It's been a fantastic holiday to date. I'm now back in the Pagoda capital Yangon for one more night before flying to Koh Samui via Bangkok tomorrow for 10 days. This will be the chilling out part of the holiday as we've been going a million miles per hour so far!

A few more photos of Yangon taken a short while ago.

Travelling from Victoria Falls/Zimbabwe, thru Zambia, Botswana ( Chobe ),  Okavango Delta, Etosha, etc down thru Namibia to Cape Town.  I think we have about 6 half day game drives, and 2 river sunset cruises, and a helicopter flight over Vic Fallls, as well as heaps of other stuff, so should be interesting.

Went to SA in October 2015. 4 of us hired a car and drove from Port Elizabeth all along the garden route and stopped in a combination of homesteads, B&Bs and a Hilton resort before arriving in Cape Town.

Addo Elephant Park was magnificent. Scenery the same, service outstanding, prices cheap, food superb, wine top drawer and Cape Town is spectacular.

Defy anyone not to enjoy it AA!

Sworn Revenge.  Any tips on money ?  Rand or US $$  ??  How did you go about getting small denomination Rand, which I am told to have for markets/small shops/ etc ?
Since we will be a bit off the beaten track I am thinking  "no ATMs "  ???
Any tips PLEASE ???
Love the photos Rosscoe and E&E.

Morning AA.

Admittedly we were in a well established, populated and tourist areas of SA so I had no trouble paying by MasterCard for 99% of things. ATMs were in all of the towns but we were told to collect money during the day and not carry a truckload. Did not carry US dollars.

Rosscoe. I went to Koh Samui about a decade ago , just as it was starting to become more commercialised , I look forward to the photos to she how much has changed .
We used to walk left ,if looking at the sea ,about 3-4 Km ,at the very end there was a tiny bar where we would sit and have a well deserved refreshment and watch the sun go down. Then we would wander back and choose a different beachside eatery each night . I hope the little bar is still there .

The only problem with backing winners ? You never have enough on....
