The mare Court Marsh had a couple named Iron Gloves and Bowled Lillee that were clever at the time , probably going back 30 years

A couple from the US just for fun...

Mike Pegram's ISITINGOOD - winner of the GI Santa Anita Handicap. Trainer Bob Baffert said it was really "I sitin' good", a phrase that was common from quarterhorse racing. "(Yeah, sure....)"

Also BODACIOUS TATAS - as in "Wow, that babe has some bodacious tatas!"  Big smile

My namesake was well named.
3 white socks up to his knees and the 4th one was only about 5cm high. On seeing him I had to explain to a fellow owner that the white markings were called sock. His serious follow up question was, "what happened to the other one"
Of course, it shrunk in the washTongue

Always admired the way the Taits named their horses ,Dark Jewel the beautiful Star Kingdom mare, all her progeny carried such apt names.
Remember the day we took a Rego filly called Megalong to Randwick having her first start in the Widden Stakes and we thought ours was
Unbeatable but we ran into another Tait owned Rego filly out of Dark Jewel called Heirloom ridden by there favourite jockey at the time
Stan Cassldy. But the one I liked most of all was Taits horse called In Love by Tauber out of Loyal Lass. Red with the White cap ,ah the
Memories AA of my mispent youth.

You’re a sick individual if you find that clever or amusing.

The name is just lewd and disgusting. Its great to see authorities ban the owner who named the horse. He’s someone our sport can do without.
