Probably won't achieve much but did you try phoning them at least for an explanation?

Has anyone else here been banned from promos? If so, is it permanent or will it get lifted over time? Also, does this ban include megabets and power prices? (I assume it does)

Happened to me once with Betstar. I stung them a fair bet with their double fixed odds promotion during a spring carnival.
They said something along the lines of their T&Cs state it's for recreational punters only. I said how many people do things for recreation that they're no good at. Isn't that the whole point - you do it in your leisure time because it's enjoyable. Just like fishing. I don't fish because I can't even tie a hook.
 
I think he said I was being a smart ar$e. At which point I said either remove the block or close my account. He was happy enough to close my account.

In any other buisness it's called restriction of trade and are punishable under corporate law. These bookies need to be reighned in....disgraceful.

Unless you have a fixed IP address (very unlikely)  just turn off your router/whatever for 5 mins and you will be assigned a new address...+ clean your cookies or even better use private mode in browser.

Or use a vpn with aussie server.

But i agree with Oliver it's a total disgrace the way these bookies are allowed to operate.

Some of their bonus bets offers are ridiculous with their turnover requirements *cough 365* if you aren't fully aware.

All the promos do my head in

Sometimes I have to back a horse 5 different times with restrictions on promo $$$

Then I have to convert the odds for comparisons with the extra top ups and cash back or bonus bets for running a place

With betting starting on Wednesdays I now have y record all my bets on different spreadsheets and then link them. Come race time I'm struggling to know how much I have backed a horse for

and then there is deciding whether to bet fixed or TT+ or Top fluc


It was simpler n the old days at the track

I do understand some questioning at the end of a prep but all I can say is he's been doing everything right. The 4 week gap between runs after a big trip to Caulfield, throwing a plate then a tough run on a hot day I think will work in his favour but while I expect bookies will be careful maybe the short odds will scare some off too. Throw in back to going the Sydney way around and I have faith in him.

Probably couldn't win at the weights today but Redasun (scratched) was backed from $17 to $10 in the Caulfield mares race. One to follow as both a shortener and via the Velox/High Church (in today)/Harvey's True Heart form.

As of a few days ago all going well. Looking at the field there some depth and experience and several horses just returning from spells so I am wary but you cant control the others you just have to trust your own ability.
