furthermore Chris - Almond Eye beat vivlos by 1.25 lengths the year before benbatl beat the same horse by 3.5 lengths I believe.
How about that formline - or doesn't suit your narrative? |

Sorry, my bad. Winx’s last 600 was 33.82 and she travelled the most distance in the race. 10metres more then Kluger

Using any formline involving Benbatl to bolster Winx is dangerous ground Benbatl won well at Munich in a G1 on 29th July winning by a clear 2.75L Next run it went to York in a G1 where it went off at $11 indicating the market did not rate that Munich G1 win overly highly. And the market was right as Benbatl got smashed by 5.75L by Roaring Lion Going off this Benbatl formline Roaring Lion is 3.75L superior to Winx

Storm beat the dogs by 2, Dragons beat them by 36, so Dragons are a 34 point better side then the Storm. |

Go back and have a look at his form on firm tracks 1800-2000m. Should race only in Australasia. Judging him on his UK form is like judging Cirrus Des Aigles on his Hong Kong form. |

WINX – QUEEN OF THE PYGMIES April 16, 2019 8:55 am The arrows keep coming at Winx from afar. And again, it’s a Pom throwing them. Matt Chapman has been the loudest critic not of Winx but the horses she beat in her five-year career at the top of Australian racing. Now his At The Races colleague Kevin Blake has put poison pen to paper, offering a blunt appraisal both of the “lack of ambition” of Australians to pit their horses against the world’s best and the “shallow” horse ranks in Australia, where Winx won “below-standard contests by wide margins.” Blake praised her “physical and mental soundness” and said he understood the financial rationale behind campaigning Winx exclusively at home but said “since when has maximising earning potential ever been a meaningful contributor to greatness in horse racing? “True racing legends are made by taking on the best and overcoming adversity … it’s hard not to think that the Winx story could have been much more than it was,” he wrote. He said the low ratings of her rivals led to “persistent international scepticism of her claims to true greatness.” “She never had to face a rival that produced a performance rating of 123 or higher against her. Indeed, on only six occasions in her career did her nearest pursuer hit a mark of 120. “Winx never once faced anything approaching the best in the world during her long career.” Blake said the greatness of Ouija Board, Alexander Goldrun, Goldikova and others was earned by their travels. “Their connections embraced the spirit of competition that horse racing is built on, travelling them out of their comfort zones …” Blake said Winx had the talent to conquer the world – had connections dared. “Her connections had any amount of opportunities to make it happen,” he said, saying they had a “safety first” mentality. Blake said that the “harsh reality is that because of the way she was campaigned she will more likely be remembered by much of the rest (outside Australia) of the racing world as a giant among pygmies.” BY: Matt Stewart RSN Racing Editor Edited by Gay3 - 16 Apr 2019 at 10:54am |

So this mob must rate fairly low on his scale.
Totally unnecessary use of the Quote tab! It's immediately above so obvious what you're replying to.

Seems to be a British thing. As in, other countries, especially the Americans, seem to cheer her on and enjoy her streak, while the British spend a lot of time trying to diminish her.

Oh dear! The poor old Poms. They can’t handle the fact that Winxs connections valued Cox Plates and QE11s over their races in their soggy grey island. Wonder if this knob knows Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth11 is a Winx fan? She sent Waller a message after Winxs last race. Anyway who cares what a few Poms think. Their arguments are just boring now.

Why don't we ask the Poms their opinion of Phar Lap, Berborough and Tulloch. I won't rest until I get their seal of approval.

Yes, another whining pom.
Name me one superstar or champion Frankel beat. Why didn't Frankel go to arc to cement his greatness? Bet they didn't write a similar story when he retired. |

Yes they should have risked it all for $1m in prize money just to shut the whingers up. It's the biggest load of bs. How far did she beat the 6 time group 1 winner in Highland Reel?

More from that article:
"Winx’s career has also put renewed focus on a wider lack of Australian ambition on the international racing front. Outside of the notable highlights of Black Caviar’s win at Royal Ascot in 2012 and Chautauqua’s victory in the Chairman’s Sprint Prize at Sha Tin in 2016, Australian-trained success on the international circuit has been all-but non-existent since 2010. The Australians will no doubt point to their very strong domestic prize money as to why they don’t travel their horses more, but being considered a leading racing nation is about much more than money, it is about producing and training horses to compete and beat the best in the world." |
