China Is Launching Weather-Control Machines Across An Area The Size Of Alaska

China is launching the world's largest weather-control machine, with the ability to modify the weather in an area similar to the size of Alaska. China has never shied away from doing things on a massive scale and this is yet another example of the Chinese government working on an unprecedented scale.

China's state-owned Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation is implementing a plan to send thousands of rain-inducing machines across the Tibetan Plateau to increase rainfall along the region.

The Tibetan Plateau is the source of much of China's water, running down from the mountainous highlands via the massive Yangtze, Mekong, and Yellow rivers. These rivers, which originate on the Tibetan Plateau, are fed by glacial and snow meltwater and drain down into the fertile Chinese farmlands. more...

People have been playing around with weather manipulation for a long time. In the US, many universities through to the peak hurricane body NOAA have been experimenting to try to prevent destructive hurricanes This Business Insider article from a couple of years ago describes a few.

Engineers could stop hurricanes with the 'sunglasses effect' -- but it'd require a huge sacrifice

This is probably  a highly effective learning tool if I had a clue how to use it LOL
On this particular page it seems you use the mouse similarly to google maps.

The guns were then placed in different parts of the town and on 2 September, 1902, gunpowder was emptied into the breech of each gun and then detonated. According tot he Emu Bay Times of 29 September 1902 "ten shots were fired from each of the six guns, and a few drops were followed shortly after by a shower.  A trial two hours after produced nothing"ix this

RAIN MAKING IN AUSTRALIA

Early cloud seeding trials involved dropping 200 pounds of dry ice from a RAAF Consolidated B24 Liberator on 5 February 1947 in NSW near Sydney and the results were spectacular.  It rained for about 3 hours producing over 12 mm uniformly distributed over an area of about 80 square km while surrounding clouds produced no rain.

The dropping of the ice caused the cloud to rise up to 40,000 feet doubling in size,  This is believed to be the first documented case anywhere in the world of appreciable man-made rainfall reaching the ground and the first time that dynamic cloud growth had followed seeding.

In the early 1950s, silver iodide 'smoke' produced by burning a solution of acetone and silver iodide replaced dry ice: this method was as effective, and less cumbersome than carrying hundreds of kilograms of dry ice aloft.

Over the next 18 years, the RAAF and CSIRO Division of Cloud Physics collaborated with state forest, fire and agricultural agencies testing different aircraft, chemicals, techniques, and delivery systems.

Unfortunately, researchers also learned that the ideal cloud in which to stimulate raindrop formation is uncommon in many areas, and CSIRO closed down its cloud-seeding program in the early 1980s because it felt too little success had been achieved to justify increasing costs.

However the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works, Tasmanian Hydro-Electric Commission and Snowy Hydro continued with the aim of increasing overall rainfall across large water catchment areas .  The rain making program died with the MMBW in the 1990's but continued in Tasmania until the 2016 floods when the finger was pointed at Tasmanian Hydro Electric for contributing to the disaster.  It has been on hold ever since.

The practice of releasing silver iodine into the atmosphere continues in the Snowy but without aircraft.  Propane fires are used to release the silver iodine allowing updrafts to take it to the clouds.

Raytheon and Air Affairs team for EW training

written by australianaviation.com.au May 18, 2017

Raytheon Australia and Air Affairs Australia have signed a teaming agreement that Raytheon stated would mean a significant expansion of the Electronic Warfare Training Services (EWTS) capability.

Raytheon Australia currently delivers real-world simulation, testing and training services for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) using two company-owned Learjet aircraft. This teaming will expand the fleet of special mission aircraft available for delivery of EWTS.

“Electronic warfare will play an increasingly critical role in the battlespace of the future,” said Michael Ward, managing director of Raytheon Australia.

“As the demand for sophisticated EW training systems grows, Raytheon Australia and Air Affairs Australia will be ready to respond and support Defence.”

Air Affairs owns and operates a fleet of 13 special mission Learjet aircraft that offer specialised air training support services to Defence.

In the last two years, Raytheon and the Commonwealth have jointly invested more than $5 million to upgrade EWTS capabilities. Raytheon recently marked the 2,500th mission completed by its airborne EWTS team.

Defence announced on May 8 that a Request for Tender for the provision of EWTS is scheduled for release in July. The notice concerns the provision of training services for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) from January 2020, following a phase-in period commencing in July 2018.

Reckon I'm seeing a little movement in the Indian Ocean Gay 3, could we have a late summer drenching? or early autumn, Sky Weather channel say we've 3 rain days ,total.....1 mill. I take very little notice of them , only for humidity are they good for.

An interesting observation re the lack of spraying & likelihood of the next few systems making it thru'.

"Brilliant blue skies here today, the sky is the bluest I have seen in 2 years, with no spraying in the last 7 days, there has a been a noticeable lack of milky white skies this last week.

The reason is simple, the upper level Southerlies for the first time are no longer in the Bight or Southern Australia, they are North Westerlies due to the upper high that is parked over WA, shielding the cyclone West.

So without a Southerly flow into NSW, there is no point spraying metals and that is why this system will indeed deliver some rain to Eastern Australia, with very good moisture sitting over the East and not able to be pushed East.

Moisture is now increasing due to this, and now we will see a long lived trough that will be enhanced with no less than 3 upper troughs coming in from the South West, the last of these is around the 23rd which will mean it will reach Eastern areas around the 25th, so that is the Australia Day system I mentioned a week or two ago."

Either very telling or a massive coincidence Shocked He's correct too re the FB Geo groups, no spraying pics for several days now.

AV tonight:

Before we get into the weather, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now well over the target, and indeed I am now going to be target number 1.

My document that I submitted to the housing committee has gone viral, and has been viewed over 150,000 times, and been sent to every MP in Australia.

Two things happened in the days after, the first is the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection program stopped, and the second thing is I was banned from various Facebook Geoengineering groups.

So without the spraying, there can be no ionising of the atmosphere, and without that, clouds can form as they normally would, and now just by some miracle, a big rain event is developing over Eastern Australia.

Whether or not the two are connected I have no idea, perhaps it is just a massive coincidence, but either way, the result is the constant high pressure zone cannot form in the Bight without these aerosols being sprayed.

This week is proof to everyone what happens when the aeroplanes cannot spray, without metals the use Electro magnetic frequencies is nowhere near as effective, and we know this to b e true by reading the patents

And if you look at the satellite, all of a sudden there are no rippled clouds anywhere to be seen in Southern and Eastern Australia.

Whilst there are hundreds of pages on Facebook related to Geoengineering, all they are really showing is planes spraying as they go past, no one really has any idea what they do it for, and the admins on these pages rarely offer anything either.

The minute I posted soundings, jet streams and patents, guess what happened? I was banned from Exposing geoengineering Australia, Victoria and SA, the same lady runs all 3 pages.

This tells me two things, I am all over this program and now have it down pat as to how it is done, and two, a lot of people are watching, and these pages are not what they say they are, so this is going to be a risky proposition going forward.

I am hopeful the PM has got the message because this rain event will most certainly almost put the fires out in many places, something that looked impossible a couple of weeks ago.

This chart is priceless, it shows very clearly how the high is gone, there is no manufactured Southerly flow in the Bight, the pattern this week has returned to a normal pattern.

There was no point releasing aerosols this week, because the westerly flow would have meant they would not have gone North into NSW, it is only today the flow has changed slightly, so they may begin again tomorrow.

What will now be interesting is what happens after this system passes through, the fact we have 3 major upper troughs to come through indicates the spraying won’t be starting up again for at least a week.

Here is the photo from Monday morning down in Adelaide, the sky was the bluest I have seen in my time here, no aerosols anywhere to be seen, and no bushfire smoke from Kangaroo Island until late yesterday.

And just as a side note, this was across the road to the place I was going, this is nothing short of a disgrace, nothing to do with mobile phones, and I emailed the communications minister Paul Fletcher about this, as the power box took up half the shed of Mitre 10’s factory.

In any case, if you want it to rain, the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection program needs to be banned, hopefully the politicians have got the message, we will find out if it starts up again next week, I suspect it will as this is well over the top of our government.

While our govt. cripples the country with drought & freak storms, Malaysia is doing it's utmost to help out Confused

Cloud seeding to continue

  • Tuesday, 21 Jan 2020

In need of water: A dried up padi field in Paya Keladi, Kepala Batas, Penang. — Bernama

PETALING JAYA: As northern states battle hot and dry days, cloud seeding will continue in Kedah and Penang to ease parched farmland and raise dam water levels, says the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).

Director-general Jailan Simon said the cloud seeding operation (OPA) in these states would continue today.

However, the conditions in Perlis have been unfavourable for cloud seeding.

He said Sunday’s cloud seeding at six areas in Kedah and Penang resulted in rain at almost all target locations, while yesterday’s operation at 1.26pm targetted water catchments in Muda, Pedu and Ahning in Kedah along with Teluk Bahang in Penang.

“But Perlis is very dry at the moment. We tried to carry out the cloud seeding there on Sunday, but couldn’t find a suitable cloud, ” said Jailan when contacted yesterday.

MetMalaysia has been carrying out cloud seeding over water catchment areas in the northern states, which are experiencing low rainfall due to the Northeast Monsoon season.Should the conditions be suitable for cloud seeding today, operations will continue in the northern states, Jailan said.

“We plan to do it until Tuesday, but it depends on whether the conditions and weather on the day are suitable. If they are not, then we will have to reconsider.

“Tuesday is forecast to be slightly drier (than Monday) so we will see, ” he said.

Jailan added that the department had been prepared to carry out cloud seeding in the northern states since early January, but conditions had been unfavourable until Jan 19.

“Cloud seeding requires the right conditions to produce rain, including having the right atmospheric conditions with clouds that are capable of rain and wind that is not too strong, ” he said.

“It is difficult to say how many cloud seeding operations are needed to help the northern states during the Northeast Monsoon, but they will be carried out as needed.”

He hoped that agricultural activities could continue and water supplies would increase.

Malaysia is currently in the second phase of the Northeast Monsoon, which is expected to end in late March.

During this period, Perlis, Kedah, Penang and the northern part of Perak will be hit with low levels of rainfall.

“This situation affects the water levels at the dams, which supply water for domestic and agricultural use, ” said Jailan.

He urged Malaysians to save water, be careful when doing outdoor activities, drink enough water and avoid open burning.

The public should also be aware of weather changes and be updated on the latest weather information via the department’s website, myCuaca phone app or the MetMalaysia social media accounts.

According to MetMalaysia’s website, Perlis, Kedah and Penang recorded a maximum temperature of 33-34°C yesterday.

Coincidental? They've gotta be joking Angry

"As mentioned, we will shatter dew point records, and most likely we will see lightning like we have never seen before, the air is going to be the most charged it has ever been in recorded history.

Unfortunately, the rainfall part fo the equation wont be anywhere near those records, as the air above 500mb has been heavily ionised, and is full of warmer air and higher pressure, so all of the rain will take place in the slab of atmosphere under 25,000 feet."

"Another gravity wave off the North West coast, this will intercept the tropical convection overnight coming this way from Sumatra, no doubt by the morning the Indonesian cloud mass will be obliterated."

Therefore all that moisture will get shunted South Unhappy

"All of the forecast rain in NSW and QLD, is later next week, so still a fair way out, although storms will develop late weekend in NSW, and Monday in Southern QLD.

These will then increase and we are likely to also see a decent chance of a major event in Eastern Australia this time next week, and increasing over the weekend.

At the same time, the MJO moves into our region and cyclone will again develop, and that is when things might put a squeeze on because rain will be trying to enter from everywhere.

While there's life there's hope, I guess - think positive Smile

I'm looking forward to see how this tropical moisture is going to interact with the front that will be passing over Adelaide starting sometime tomorrow.

Tonight the temp is not going to get lower than 31 and then there are warnings about the possibility of heavy thunderstorms with flooding over a wide area of geography here in SA.

Maybe the meeting at Morphettville will be affected on Saturday. Which will be interesting since there hasn't been any metro racing for a while.

So who are the only people benefiting from "drying" Australia and also allowing fuel on the floor of the National Parks to build up, and tying anyone who wants to carry out fuel reduction in "green tape" and willfully allowing Green activists to stop fuel reduction burning, and then lighting fires - as most fires are caused by arson or suspected arson ... just who would benefit from these "CATASTROPHIC!!!" ... "UNPRECEDENTED!!!" ... "RRRREEEEEE!!!" conditions and, and attempt to politicise them ...???? Wink
