At the risk of sounding sexist, all news articles about GAJ should start with "Northern Rivers leading female trainer..." Star

Just picked up my 4yo mare. Didn’t end up making to the track, ongoing soreness issues has seen her retired. She’ll be going to Stud next year. Off to the paddock for some TLC

Explosive One is back from a let up on Saturday at Doomben (if we get a scratching) - mile will be a bit short, would just like to see her getting home.

Also have a first starter going around in the 2yo called Cuddle Me Tight - good thing she can't read given some of the unkind things that were posted about her in the breeding forum here but hopefully she can run!

And in the wonderful world of 2yos, the filly has gone shinsore and won't run

He didn't have a flattering photo but a few were quite nice about him.  On paper not a bad pedigree from a staying line which has produced pure speed in recent years - training or just evolving who knows.  Enough staying blood here to suggest will go at least to a mile and probably further.

Two new horses making their debut this week.
Penthouse Playboy trained by Weir is a 4yo by Pentire. Debut over 1600 at Donald today -- will be happy if he runs Top 3. He is showing all the signs of being a 3000m horse

Mr Money Bags trained by Robbie Griffiths - 3yo by Written Tycoon debut over 1100 at Moe on Tuesday - showing enough to run well on debut.
