Grand dam rings a bell and a few others I recognise including one of the best Golden Slipper winners, but you'll have to summarise where the big stamina/speed/acceleration influences come from djebel.

Born To Be Queen won a Metropolitan when it was a 2600m handicap.

She produced outstanding 3yo Coronation Day who won a George Main Stakes and Spring Champion Stakes and also Heart Ruler who won a Metropolitan hcp.

Kings Best is from the family of Galileo. He has sired a champion in Workforce and many other high class 2400m gallopers.

Sebring is a very good slipper winner who is proving a good versatile sire.

Hi guys:
With egg tart sorry if this seems like a stupid question. But how big would you aim to take her.Or what would you have her at as her grand final day this year.Especially if she keeps progressing / winning.

They'll take her down the same path as Winx two years ago. They'll aim for the Epsom, and if she proves she can kick on, they'll take her to Melbourne with a likely aim at the Myer Classic.

With Winx in the Cox Plate, I can't really see them burning her in the Cox Plate.

She'll go to the Epsom and possibly the Myer. I would be very surprised if Chris would clash the two in the Cox Plate

I would have thought the Epsom was at the mercy of a stablemate to egg tart. Name escapes me but did bleed in the autumn.

Omei Sword aiming at the Golden Pendant 23 Sept according to Waller. Suppose she could back up if she won that easily but given the bleed you'd have to say that's very unlikely.

She's a star who in the absence of Winx maybe on the international trail along with Gingernuts could dominate the local scene. Her run in the coolmore was outstanding considering the circumstances and if she doesn't knock up a few group 1's then I'm a monkeys uncle.

The Epsom is between her and Happy Clapper. She will go very close but if pushed for a decision I'd lean to Happy Clapper on his last start and prep vs her last start and prep. Happy Clapper all aimed at the Epsom whereas they're leaving plenty in the tank for Melbourne with Egg Tart.

I doubt she runs in the Cox Plate but that will change if she wins the Epsom. She may be the challenger to Winx if she does. I would think she'll be a near moral in the Myer. 1600m around the big open spaces of Flemington - where she destroyed them last prep - will be right up her alley and another G1, leaving them something to play with in the autumn and target the Cox Plate as a 5yo mare next year.

I think she's genuine G1.

I think she has a touch more brilliance than clapper. Plus he has a history of issues and Pat said he felt his last run.

She will need more than the mile after epsom and the Myer is a bit far off. I think the 2000m is her go.
Win the Epsom and then test Winx for the Cox Plate.

Any rumours about a Caulfield Cup start? I know it's not Wallers style but I think she's ideal for a CC. I remember reading somewhere mid year that it was an option?
