Not defending anyone, but Australia-wide, I think somewhere between 15-20% of 2yo crops race. Most debut at 3. People sometimes forget that.

We had 4 x 2yos last season. One raced and he won one on debut and is out for a few months now. Another trialled but she didn't make it to the races, out for a few months. The other two debited in the past week and although will hopefully be winning very soon will be better next prep. They were never likely to debut at 2.

I know Red Hunter you've noted no sign of three year olds neither for Dynamic / Gai.

Hunter, That list there is for stakes horses or what Gai thinks can measure up.
Very hard for Dynamic's horses who are currently non starters to be nominated for the classics yet.

If anything, it's easier to nominate an unraced horse. It's much harder to get them in after a run, if that run is after the close of nominations.

** Paying the late fee is easy. Getting a group of syndicate members, who are largely unknown to each other, to hand over the cash is the hard part.

After being in Gai's care for about 18 months, it's bleeding obvious 16 of the 16 are not up to it yet.

13 unraced,10 unseen.

The fact that not one is nominated for a decent race in the near future, suggests nothing much is going to happen soon.

We'll know more at the end of the 3yo season.

and the 4yo season.

Just follow the path.

It's all about exposing a high profile syndication's seasonal stock. 16 buys is a good number to work on.

You never know,DYNAMIC may still shine(here) but it doesn't look pretty.

At the moment,I'd be saying don't enter into a GAI/DYNAMIC combo...it's full of fluff though the advertising suggests THE COMBO is a road to riches.

Enjoy them while your able .
The rumours are that the Mike Baird's  team of Animal lovers are to push for No 2 & 3 year olds,  being allowed to race .
Held up for awhile by destroying the Greyhound Industry but it is on the agenda.
Todays 10 billion black hole from the failure to sell The energy pot of gold,  so maybe the sale of Randwick for development may be high on his options. Cry

Why do they advertise toilet paper--   WHO isn't using it.

I think you should dream when buying share in a well bred yearling. But selling them to people in such a way that it's a likely procession doesn't seem like a very sustainable approach.

I love this bit for unraced, unseen ones

for example

ONGOING TRAINING & HOLDING COSTS:
From 1/10/2015 average less than $8.20 per day per 5% share !

(me....only less than 164 dollars a day for the horse,on average)

When horses have breeding  and present well at yearling sales, they don't go for the prices that DYNAMIC pay for them.

It's a dream,as he says in his advertising....DREAM DREAM

As a syndicator, what's a well bred yearling in your eyes?

A horse you pay $15k or $750k for?

Are you selling shares in your racing business/venture or trying different marketing approaches to on sell over-priced commodities with exorbitant training fees?

Clients don't appear to be jumping out of their skins into your establishment! Some reassessment & evaluation requires attention!

As I see it, to maintain a stable client relationship you need success & a few pin-up horses to ignite the spark!

Success breeds success!!
